I have attempted to go here four different times. Different days, times of year. EVERYTIME they have been closed. Once was a Sunday and I was unaware they are not open on Sundays. Which is strange for a coffee shop, but still on me. Two different Saturday mornings they were closed and once during the week. It's really unfortunate because now I am done trying to support a local business.

Ocelot is hands down the best coffee and pastry spot in the Akron / Cleveland area. They serve fresh made pastries and delicious focaccia daily and have great coffee from a variety of different local roasters. On top of that, the owners, Jason and Liz, provide their guests with an extremely welcoming, positive and cozy environment with a fireplace going during the colder months. Doesn’t hurt to be around the corner from the National Park.

Such a wonderful spot! The coffee was delicious and served nice and hot, just the way it should be. I also ordered the chicken panini, and it was absolutely amazing—honestly one of the best I’ve had. If you need a great caffeine fix and a tasty bite, this is the place!

The pastries here are SO good! I love that they have a mix of savory pastries (love the sausage roll!) and sweet (their cookies are so good). They also have a good coffee too.
Hint: they do sell out of pastries, so go early for the best selection.

The BEST cafe I have EVER been to in my life! Thank you to the man that helped me at the counter and who was so, so kind to me being a first time customer and a bit overwhelmed with choices lol I got the potato salad, egg salad sandwich, a lavender breve late and a brown butter cookie. I have never had a better cookie! Just look at that generous square of flakey sea salt!! The potato salad was amazing and I usually don’t even like potato salad. The egg salad sandwich was one I will think about always because of the amazing bread they used.(no photo because it was demolished already) I’m from Cincinnati area and am so sad that this will not be readily accessible for me but will be the treat I look forward to when coming to visit family! This bakery has the best sausage rolls around. flaky, flavorful, and impossible for me to eat just one.They have the best selection of gluten-free options that do not taste like a compromise. Everything is fresh, well-made, and clearly done with care.

Super disappointed they only pay their people a couple dollars more than minimum wage. Gross. Especially with the prices they charge. KFC starts at a higher wage and you're not expected to be a professional patissier.
The food and drinks are amazing! Don't miss out on the good lunch options, would much rather have something tasty here than Panera for the same price/vibe. Flavorful and fresh!!

??? Sorry but I don't know what all the fanfare is about! We just moved here and I looked at their menu for sandwiches and they looked really good and unique. So I walk in the place to order one and they looked at me like I'm insane? They only have ready-made sandwiches like a convenience store and only three different types. So I said silly me, you don't actually serve any of the sandwiches that are listed on your menu? NO! We make them in the morning and then put them out to lay around all day and we only make three different types and it rotates every day. So I guess I'm supposed to call ahead of time to see if they have my ham and swiss available? And I said so you can't just make me a ham and Swiss right now? NO. What a ridiculous business concept!!!
