The employees are rude and disrespectful. This is hands down my worst experience at a subway. I will never visit this location again. Customer service is supposed to make the customer want to spend their hard earned money. This experience made me want to leave without paying before I received my sandwich.

Are the employees on drugs? Just took this lady 15 minutes to make 2 basic subs, not only was she moving completely slow with her eyes barely staying open she couldn’t even comprehend what I wanted on my sandwiches. For this being in a decent area you’d think they’d have better employees with great customer service skills. Do better !

How is the guy with glasses,tattoos still employed?? Work down the road and come in weekly and have never had a pleasant experience. Clear he is disgruntled, unprofessional and has given up. Asked what bread, told him and then he repeated 3 others over and over again. I know it's hard to get staff, but this guy is hurting the store.

Going to drive the extra few minutes to Brecksville in the future.

Came in about 8:30 (half hour bf close) stood in the lobby and waited for service for a few minutes. Tried calling out and knocking on the counter but nobody came out. We heard the employee in the back doing dishes. Idk how she didn’t hear us practically screaming “excuse me”. Bf knocked on the back employee door till she finally came to the counter and then she had a very poor attitude. They basically only had meatballs,cold cuts and steak left. Idk how cold deli meats (salami and pepperoni) isn’t sold to close but we decided to leave and get a good meal and a better attitude across the street at Cozumel.

Short guy with glasses very rude over the phone tried to over talk me and kept getting testy so i decided to go in the store to see if he could help me with the app because I couldn’t get the toasted option to pop up for flat bread he actually tried to help but his customer service skills over the phone sucks ??‍♀️

Just came here and i couldn’t find any employees to help. I tried getting someone’s attention in the back but no one ever came to greet us. They should at least be keeping an eye on the cash register. Yikes. Whoever is managing this place is failing.

I've ordered here probably 10 times and if you order via the app they have messed up one or both subs every time. Today both subs were wrong. Won't order from here again

Clean bathroom for starters, lady named Porsha made a great sandwich bread was I thought large like old days and she made a great sub. Fountain was out of my fav Vitamin water and soon as she was done w customers in the store she changed it out AND let me know!

Tattoo man (no name tag) is the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever met in a food place. Was extremely rude right off the bat for no reason saying I was “slow at ordering”. reading other reviews, I’m extremely surprised he is still here. Won’t be returning and do not recommend anyone to come here.
