Wasted my entire lunch break waiting to pickup an online order that they couldn’t locate. I asked once about it and the blonde said she’ll look for it, she kept making sandwiches as I waited. I asked if she wanted me to keep waiting and she said “we don’t have your sandwich” I asked them to make it, they refused. I asked for a refund, they refused. No resolution, no apology. I have to call my bank to dispute a $7 order.

My wife stopped here on 11/9/24 and bought 4 subs. 3 footlongs and 1 6 inch. 2 footlongs were bbq honey mustard and the 6 inch was bbq honey mustard chicken. As well. All of our subs were super skimpy and one wasn’t cut at all. We come here once a week. Very disappointed tonight. As u can see our Sammy looked nothing like that picture.

I used the online app and I live in richfield but at the time I was in a different town and selected the wrong subway and this subway would not anwser there phone for me to cancel so I had to wait 3 hours later to pick my food up

i used the online app to order and got a mexicali + bacon add on. my sub way not only given about a 6in portion of rotisserie chicken on the 12in, but no bacon was added, no guac, no sauces and only about half the veggies i ordered. i wish i could take my tip back but that’s what i get for tipping before hand. hope that extra dollar was worth it for the worker

Absolutely the worse subway I've ever been to.. $10 for a sub with hardly any meat. They are ripping people off and getting away with it... this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. What a joke..!!

Always friendly and fresh. Just wish they would accept coupons. This is the most convenient location however ordering in the app is frustrating bc every other subway allows coupons but this one. I’d order way more if I could use them.
