Location is: 4174 Wheatley RdSte 700Richfield, OH 44286, USAWish I could rate a ZERO. 2 recent issues: 1) weeks ago they rejected a coupon from a LOCAL paper stating " economic conditions" ---really? 2) Last Saturday, 5/6, the girl tells me that wait will be more than 10 minutes as she is filling ONLINE orders and there is one customer ahead of me. Big piece of their value proposition is quick service, no? This location should close! I love their Subs, esp, the new ones but this location is an embarrassment!

Always friendly and fresh. Just wish they would accept coupons. This is the most convenient location however ordering in the app is frustrating bc every other subway allows coupons but this one. I’d order way more if I could use them.

Arrived at 8 pm to get sandwiches. We were on the road traveling since 8 am this morning so we were tired and hungry. Like I said arrived at 8 pm & started to place our order.. blue haired lady who I assume was a manager and a young guy. Lady starts complaining that they are closing and the meatballs were already put away.. my husband said what time do you close, she said 8:30 !? It's 8... no she doesn't want to have to deal with getting us meatball sandwiches. So we settled on something that was still out... measuring equipment was gone so she told the guy to eyeball it. So we got food but I'm pretty sure when the boss says you close at 8:30 it means service till 8:30 not 8. Had we not been so tired the business would have lost the sale which is exactly what it seems is miss blue hair would have preferred. We were a problem to her getting out early not the reason she has a job. Hey Boss..... do you read these reviews?

Went to pick up Subway last night with my son. The “manager” was in the bathroom again. They are always in the bathroom, and for 20-30 minutes at a time. Then two druggies came in and stole soda and walked out. The employee said nothing except that they do it a lot. This is by far the worst subway in the area and there is zero management. Time to shut it down.

Obese lady took my order, breathed HEAVILY on both my subs, and when I asked for more chicken on one side, she simply moved chicken from one half to the other. It didn’t even fold my sub. Just left it the way it was and wrapped it then threw it in the bag. Never coming back.

One star because I actually paid and took my order… my bad. Shame on me I didn’t read the fine print! I received an advertisement with Subway discount coupons in the mail. While I’m aware Subway sandwiches really can’t compete with Jersey Mike’s and others for quality. I thought I’d give these guys another chance and try again. This store happens to be more convenient to my home. I was holding these coupons in my hand on top of the counter… I know the service person saw them when taking my order. Well, at check out I was told this store never honors any coupon promotion. Sure enough the small print said “participating stores”. I should have done my due diligence. My bad again. Also the server didn’t put their normal full scoop of meat on the sandwich she even took some meat off as she was preparing the sub! There are rarely other customers in this store when I am. I’ve seen two at the most (dinner time). Compared to Jersey Mike’s up the road where there are usually a dozen or more customers with 4-5 five servers preparing subs. There is never more than one server at the Richfield store. This store’s business model is the most bizarre I’ve encountered in years. I won’t go there again. Ever.

Went there for lunch. Had a coupon for a foot long with drink and chips for a certain deal but didn't realize they didn't accept coupons for economic reasons which surprised me and caused me to laugh... So I said the heck with this went next door to the Chinese place. Got me a great great lunch from there. I will never go to that Subway again never. ??

Workers rip you off if you order online and don't follow directions. This order was not toasted, was missing bacon and cheese. And also only had 2 cucumbers on it. I've ordered enough to know they get 4 on a 6inch sub. Just anything they could jip me on they did. Would not recommend to anyone.
