Great biscuits and sausage gravy, if you can ever get them to make it. In the past 5 weeks, they’ve never had any ready. They’ve gone from taking 10 minutes to make it, to now just denying they have it.
Never order Spicy Chicken sandwiches from this location, as I’ve gotten more undercooked chicken than cooked over the years.

Drove from Michigan to PA stopped here on the way back and had the worst service ever. Wouldn’t break 100 and made me count over 30 dollars in quarters because I literally didn’t have anything besides 100. Completely ridiculous. We are business owners and don’t carry small bills. The manager is insanely rude and so are the employees. Food was made super sloppy and the sandwiches were not correct, avoid this Wendy’s.

Have been here 3 times the first time when trying to order on my lunch break the cashier said give me one minute which turned into 10 and it took 10 more to get my order! The second time they were closed in the dining room for lunch at a truck stop?? Third time same as the first give me a minute, after waiting for 5 minutes I could wait anymore. If you planning to get lunch on your lunch break forget it you will never get there order receive your food and have time to eat. Worst Wendy's I've been to

Just went to this location and no one answered in the drive thru. I walked in and seems only 1 person was working. He didn't have time to come to the counter. It just keeps going down hill.

After 15 minutes in line to place order, I left.

The young Hispanic male who took my order was rude and makes me feel unwelcome. He walked up to take my order and when I paid the register did not take my payment. Instead of informing me of the malfunction, he stared at me without speaking. I asked if it had taken my payment and he didn’t respond. As if he was irritated. When he returned with my order he held it out to me without saying anything. No have a nice day or thanks for coming in today. Nothing! I told him that his service was bad and he needed to step it up. He responded sarcastically by asking “how?”
I have only had pleasant experiences at this location and had expected the same. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth in regards to this location and I will not be returning in the future. As a blue collar worker I expect to have positive experiences when spending my hard earned money. That was far from what I had experienced today. I had planned on buying more but his lack of professionalism made me want to spend the minimal amount and leave as fast as possible.
Let me start by saying the person that served us was great! HOWEVER, there was a handwritten sign saying they were out of lettuce, tomatoes and salads taped to the register. Then when I went to go order the side for my meal I was informed they didn’t have any more baked potatoes. Last but not least, our food was packed in kids bags because they ran out of the regular bags. Whoever is responsible for inventory is doing a terrible job
Seems this location has run out of tomatoes.

The nice lady at the drive thru even gave my puppy some ice cream which made my doggie so happy.
I haven’t stopped in at a fast food restaurant for a while, so maybe I’ve missed something.
Today, We went through the drive through, there was NO salads available. Ok whatever. The lady that was speaking seemed to hate her job. We got our food and had a couple things missing. So I went inside where there was one gentleman in front of me. After about 5 minutes for that guy order his food and pay (the cashier left in the middle of him ordering to go do something for a while), left me observing all the other workers whom all seemed very unhappy to be there and were moving very slow despite their young ages.
The food…..expensive is the state of the world right now so wont comment too much on that. However, my chicken ranch wrap literally had no ranch….but did have chicken….that was very cold. My husband and sons fries were not edible because they were cold and seems old. Had to throw away most of the expensive food in the end.
Soooo not a great experience. Needless to say, wont be returning.
No smile from the guy at counter. He seemed like he was not happy to be there. I ordered 2 thin mint Frostys small and large, there may have been a teaspoon of the mint and most was stuck to the lid.
