Ordered two burgers without certain items. We received to completely plain burgers. How do they do something like that? Completely on purpose is how. Why bother making it the way we want when it’s to go? They just put nothing on it instead. Horrible!

Even have someone speak to us let alone take our order too busy doing door dash n window to serve the ppl waitin in line 10
Mins later I asked them if they gonna take our order and they said they are short staff but didn’t bother to greet us or say Anthing to us till we spoke stay away n very rude

DO NOT EAT HERE. THE MANAGER OR OWNER WHOEVER HE IS BROUGHT HIS BIG DOG IN THE BACK WHERE FOOD WAS BEING COOKED AFTER WE ORDERED. THEN AN EMPLOYEE CAME TO PET THE DOG AND DIDN'T EVEN WASH HER HANDS FOR 5 SECS. LUCKILY ZULMA WAS FIXING OUR FOOD BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE CURSED THE OTHER EMPLOYEE OUT. BUT WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. DISGUSTING!

Drove 20 minutes at 2am for them to tell me the system is down, why not close the store

The customer service was stellar. The gentleman at the window was very friendly, professional, and helped me choose the best meal when I was indecisive. The whole team did a great job at getting the food and drinks out quickly. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the food was that the fries and chicken were a little cold instead of hot from the fryer. But it was still good and made my boy happy, so I'm still very happy with the experience. Would definitely still recommend!

Great biscuits and sausage gravy, if you can ever get them to make it. In the past 5 weeks, they’ve never had any ready. They’ve gone from taking 10 minutes to make it, to now just denying they have it.

Never order Spicy Chicken sandwiches from this location, as I’ve gotten more undercooked chicken than cooked over the years.

Drove from Michigan to PA stopped here on the way back and had the worst service ever. Wouldn’t break 100 and made me count over 30 dollars in quarters because I literally didn’t have anything besides 100. Completely ridiculous. We are business owners and don’t carry small bills. The manager is insanely rude and so are the employees. Food was made super sloppy and the sandwiches were not correct, avoid this Wendy’s.
