hire people that want to work
I love karaoke at 5 Points Grill on Wednesdays. But the service is terrible. We had to wait 15 min to place drink orders, wait 20 more to place food orders, had to ask 3 times over 30 minutes for our bill!! The place was far from crowded...The servers apology... I'm sorry I had other people to serve! Never again!
