Terrible quality. I order chicken Alfredo and the chicken was under cook and seemed to be microwaved. I found several pieces of hair in my meal and I’m not exaggerating. Terrible seevice

5 Points is one of my favorite places to eat. I think I've tried the entire menu at this point. The food and drinks are always top tier and the vibes are excellent. They have a karaoke night that is a great time. I definitely recommend 5 Points to everyone!

Can't speak on food or service because I was gonna use the bathroom and a roach ran right across the toilet seat from right under the bowl. Needless to say, I didn't use the bathroom nor stay for the food. Wouldn't recommend.

I got a call from the restaurant saying they were out of pretty much everything I ordered.. literally as I'm walking out the door to go pick it up. Why couldn't they call me right away to let me know? Could've ordered something else ya know? They also said they were going to void the order so I didn't get charged.. that never happened.. even though I called 3 days in a row. Thankfully my bank took care of the charge. Try to do better.

Food good but they need some new help women with attitude’s service was terrible!!!!!!!! There are also slow as heck !!!!!!! I put in an order at 8:30 they didn’t have it ready until 1 hour and 1/2 later terrible!!!!!! Well y’all I went back to get my favorite firecracker shrimp. The shrimp were size of dimes ! Sorry, but I will not be returning. I felt like I was robbed. I have more lettuce than shrimp. Pieces of lettuce were bigger than my shrimp.! Then they still charge you the same amount as before terrible never again waste of money!
