I've eaten here probably 5 or 6 times over the past few years and every time I've been impressed by the food. Just today I had the beef burger with fries. The burger was cooked exactly as requested. The veggie toppings were fresh AF. The fries were right too.

They will not allow zero stars. I ordered the sampler platter the chicken was bleeding. So I ordered fish and chips, menu did not say that the fish was not whole. Very unhappy for $18.00

My husband brought me food home. He said he ordered fried snapper. This is not Snapper, the potatoes look sickly and the rice was just thrown in the container, no seasoning or nothing. We ate here once before and never returned because the food was terrible. Idk what possessed my husband to give them a second try.

On the weekend of 11-8-24 we placed a phone order / to go. I got there early so i purchased a drink from the bar. When my order was ready i left and to it home. Upon opening the bag i realized it was food that i could not eat! I returned the meal and spoke with George who served the meal and drink. He fully understood the situation and he along with his manger Cynthia assured me that i would get a full refund! They indeed provided the refund to my credit card with no problems. A good example of excellent customer service. Although i did not eat the food that evening, my previous experience with their food was great as it was tasty and well proportioned. I will be back!

Great drinks, the food is good and good sized portions. I loved the jerk chicken egg rolls and chicken Alfredo. Everyone inside was very friendly, service was fast and you can watch sports on multiple screens.
This place is horrible! The service is - 0! I ordered food through DoorDash for pick up! Said it will be ready in 45 mins to an hour! When I get there they canāt find my food. Have me waiting 10 minutes to tell me they never made my food and then another 10 to tell me they donāt have the ingredients I orderedā¦ I asked for a refund and why havenāt they called me.. they said they didnāt have my number (itās on the order app) and I have to contact DoorDash for a refund.. when I asked for them to just make something instead of what I ordered they said they donāt do thatā¦ so now I waited and hour ane 30 minutes for no food!

Drove 15 min and waited 30/40 minutes for the waiter to say they were out of noodles on the door dash order. Thats fine but why would you have someone wait that long. Then she stated she would cancel the order and did not do that. Do better or please stop making door dash accessible to ppl because yall not fit to take the orders. It's a disadvantage to drivers and your customers. If you can't do it you just can't. It's going to mess your reputation up more or make these orders priority.
