There was only 2 people working there, 1 fixing orders and 1 expediting and running the counter

Next time . I’m going to open my pizza box before leaving. Ordered cheesy bread stick and a hot and ready pizza. The cheesy bread sticks was nice and fresh. Watch the lady make them. She got me a pizza from back and put it in the hot and ready oven tray. She come put the pizza at bottom put my bread sticks at top. I had somewhere to be so I assumed everything was fresh. Mann when I opened that pizza box . It was old as hell. You can just tell and she was bold to give me that on top of taking my money smh. Black girl..I don’t know if she was the manager or what . I’m black and race have nothing to do with it but I know who took my order and who was making my order and moving around back there. They hirer anybody now days. I was a manager at a fast food chain..Always told my crew members. If you won’t eat it. Don’t serve it to anyone. Trash it and make fresh food. People just don’t care. I was sooo pissed I threw it away.

I ordered my food at 5:55pm and my food still isn’t ready. App said my food would be ready by 6:18-6:23pm it’s now 6:37 and food isn’t even made! I will not be coming back here again. So much for hot and ready for a plain pizza!

This review is for the location on Richmond road in Richmond heights. The point is I ordered quite a few items from the store online. Got an estimated time that the order would be ready. Which was 2:50 p.m. . I received an email at 3:00 p.m. telling me my order was ready. I arrived at the location about 15 minutes later. I had two orders of the puffs that were burnt. I asked for them to be remade or a refund and they tried to make it seem as if it was my fault that they were burnt because I didn't come get them when I was supposed to. Which there was nothing in my email saying that I had to be there by a certain time. I asked to speak to a manager there was no manager on the premises. The male employee supposedly called the manager and the manager could not help me because she was at her hair appointment! I was told I could get a refund by the young lady when I returned everything that I purchased I brought it back in from my car and she said that I couldn't get my refund until the next day because the manager wasn't in. I got extremely angry and attempted to call corporate. But because it was Saturday corporate wasn't open. I intend to put this review everywhere I can find to put it to not go to that store. They were eventually rude and walked away from me while I was talking. Not a good look. Terrible customer service. The female was a smart-ass too!

The cashier told me it would be a minute for the delivery order I’m picking up. Here I am, still waiting almost 30 minutes later. Now, I don’t expect it to be literally a minute when someone says that, but I do expect a short wait when I hear it. At least tell me an accurate time instead of giving a careless answer like that…

Cashier very non verbal giving I don’t wanna be here telling me they are not accepting cash thank god I had money on my Apple Pay also handing me a dryed out pizza if i wouldn’t have cheeked he would of let me leave with it very un appealing I’m very disappointed I drove 20 mins just to come to this location smh he made me a new one and this below is the new pizza cheese still not covering the pizza crust is as thin as my edges im highly disappointed
I ordered a pizza and it was made wrong. It was made with the wrong sauce. I returned to the store just wanting a cup of the sauce it was originally suppose to have on it. I was given a hard time and the was treated quite rudely by the young white haired girl. After that I decided I just wanted a refund. Why give my money to a company that’s treating me rudely over a cup of sauce on a pizza they messed up!!?! I can’t even get my $10 refund because there’s no manager in the store!! What?? I’m now waiting for a phone call on Sunday when a manager will be in and can issue a refund. What a crappy way to run a business! Again, I wasn’t even wanting a refund until I was treated so badly over their own mistake.

I’m honestly not the type to leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I had to say something. I went to Little Caesars on a Tuesday night, well before closing time, and was completely disappointed. They officially close at 10:00 PM, but when I arrived around 9:28–9:30 PM, they had already stopped making pizzas. That’s wild to me.
If you’re going to stop serving before the listed closing time, just update your hours and say you close at 9:28 PM instead of misleading customers. It’s not professional at all. People rely on those posted hours—especially when grabbing dinner late.
I was really disappointed with the attitude and the lack of effort. It felt like they were rushing to shut down instead of actually serving customers up until close. Definitely not a good look

The sign says the store in Richmond Heights on Richmond Rd that they close at 9pm… I got to the store at 8:30 and they were cleaning up with the door locked. I wanted a hot and ready pizza, but that wasn’t the case. It’s always an issue at this store… very inconveniencing!
Worst food I have ever eaten in my life anywhere couldn't even cut the crust even took it back in to have it recut and they still didn't cut through the crust it was so stale and old they gave it back to me and told me to have a nice day will not ever go back
