Little Caesars Pizza

Got to be one of the worst Little Ceaser's in the state. Always cheap with the toppings, pizza is always xtra greasy and bland and never fresh nor ready. Typically the employees are rude as well!

I placed my order a hour in advance and when I got there to pick it up they said they’re running 20 minutes behind.
The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful.
The pizza was garbage and they didn’t give me part of my order.

Do not eat here if u are in a rush the food it not fast not hot & ready. Experience was terrible, I was littersly standing in line for 20 minutes as people walk in and out of the store because nobody is coming to attend us. One guy is in the back eating literally 20+ minutes and the girl cooking the puffs is just saying one moment while on the phone super loud and super unprofessional by both it was terrible. This place has always been iffy on the service but gradually has been getting worse and noticeable around lunch or after noon. Dont recommend. Puffs are undercooked during that time as well vs in the afternoon cooked to crisp and perfection.

You can barely get them to answer the phone if you want to call in an order, the food they have sitting for “fresh n ready” orders looks and taste as if it was sitting there since the day before. If you walk in it will be 5-10 minutes before you are spoken to honestly don’t know how little Caesar lets this establishment use their name

Understaffed,The place was closed during business hours after taking my order and very difficult to get a refund. Poorly managed. Customer service is non-existent.

This is the worse fast food place in the Richmond hts area. The manager doesn’t know how to properly staff the store for a holiday rush. No one should have to wait hours for food that was ordered 5 hours earlier in the day.

I swear I am not a complainer but the level of dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Richmond Rd location on 10/19/2024 I placed an order at 6:40 pm with a scheduled pickup time of 7:45 pm. However, when I arrived at the store, I was shocked to discover that my pizza had not even been placed in the oven. I was simply told “they making it”. I wanted a refund but was told I couldn’t get that until tomorrow. My pizza wasn’t put in the oven until 8:15 pm, well past the promised pickup time.

In addition to the unacceptable delay, I was extremely disappointed with the poor communication and unprofessional attitude of the employees. They seemed rude, dismissive, and clueless about my order status, which only added to my frustration.

The service at this location was not only deplorable but completely out of line with the level of customer care I expect. This kind of experience leaves me questioning whether this location should even remain open, given the evident lack of competence and respect for customers.
