Placed an order 2 hours before the stated closing time only to have them cancel the order at an unknown time. Tried to call to figure out what was going on only for the phone to ring constantly with no answer. Drove to the store to find out what had happened only to find out that the store was closed earlier than they were supposed to be.

What you see in this photo below cost me less than 20 bucks but it’s just not as tasty as it looks. I gave 4 stars cuz the lady was very responsive but im sure she doesn’t get paid enough. I gave a her a $5 tip I was surprised the effect it made on her, this told me a lot on how much she get paid, plz give her a raise

They have horrible customers service and they change people like crazy!!!!! My son wanted to use his Book It Award for his free pizza. Dude says he put the code in and it was still showing that he had to pay for it when it's free. He thought my son was going to pay for when it clearly say it's free for one topping Pan pizza. Dude didn't know what he was doing or didn't know how to use the certificate. They suck at this location and need to be shut down or new management need to step in

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut on the planet they gave me a thin crust pizza that was all crust and no toppings and then they refused to give me my money back they tried to say that that's how it's supposed to look but I've been eating didn't cross my whole life and I have never seen a pizza look so horrible ever look at this pizza this is what they said Pizza Hut is making their pizzas look like in 2025

I have never left a review until today! This place is horrible and will hang up on you in a second. They double charged me and will not let me talk to their manager to address it. I have been on 3 hold calls for over 40 minutes. If I can’t get a spot on hold they will just hang up on me. I am pregnant and cannot drive myself to the pizza location and my dasher said somebody picked up my order already so I had to place another order. Keep your money and do not order from here. They do not care what happens to your food here.
Let me start off by saying I hardly ever leave reviews unless service is exceptional. I hate leaving a bad review and would never do it unless it was justified. In fact this is my first bad review EVER. We ordered food at 10pm and were suppose to have food delivered by 11:15 pm. They cancelled our order with no notification. We called to check on our order and that’s how we found out it was cancelled. Terrible service. We will never order from here again.
