I ordered a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. I was eating it at work and I noticed after it was eating half way something black lodged in between the cheese and muffin. I removed it and instantly got black marker like stuff on my hands. It was like a chunk of ink. I have had an upset stomach after eating it, cramping and pains in my stomach. I went and spoke to the manager at that location after waiting about 20 plus mins. She seemed unprofessional and nonchalant about the health of a paying customer. I did not receive an apology either. She told me oh ‘it’s a grease pencil” as if it belong in my sandwich and as if I knew what it was. Terrible location I wish I read all the bad comments before going there.

This location is horrible, they ran out of accessories for the kid meal, had to ask for the drink, and was told it is what it is. The Chilli was horrible, someone put big chunk of hamburger meat, ton of salt added. Staff running in the lobby playing, then going back to continue cooking.

This Wendy’s is always super busy and crowded. The drive thru line is always super long. I know they try their hardest to get people in and out. The food is always pretty good

This place is a mess. Specially when you have people working without the appropriate supervision. Employees using their cell phone in the work area then serving food without washing their hands. Playing and joking while the line in the drive thru is all around the corner. Save your time and don't go to this place.

The manager needs to not be verbally abusive to his staff. Seems like a toxic work environment. He was breathing down their necks and throwing around threats of firing them while they were preparing my order. Wildly inappropriate way to talk to anyone, let along minimum wage working teenagers. Yall need a union to protect against that guy.

The worst Wendy's and of course it's the one down the street from me. Staff couldn't care any less. Everytime I go, you can watch car after car leave because the line never moves. Tonight was the final straw. I placed a mobile order and then waited 20 mins to get to the order speaker. Waited almost 10 mins before I finally announced myself. I was told they would be with me in a minute. 10 more mins go by... Still nothing. All the cars behind me gave up and left. I cancelled my order and pulled away. As I passed the drive up window, I see two employees sitting on counters doing nothing. The management and owners obviously don't care at all. Even when I have gotten my food it always takes 20 mins or more and there's always something wrong with the order. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Please do not waste your time and money here when there is a spicy young boy working the drive-thru. Today was my worst experience to the point I just left out of the line. There is no point of replying to stupidity at its finest. I was just trying to order a drink with my meal when it turned into a nasty comment when the first three drinks I asked for, he claim they didn't have. So I asked what do they have, to which he replies everything else. Yeah I knew then I was not going back and forth, so I just left. I see now why the line was short. When you don't want to work, just be rude and no one will come. Point taken.

Worst place ever I was in the line for an hour to get my food that I ordered online the management needs to learn how to staff better or corporate needs to shut this place down. Down right Incompetents work here. There are 4 people in the store but not one seems to have the urgency to finish the orders
