Terrible wait time, Terrible customer service from management.

I would stay away from this place as much as possible. Every visit I regret getting in the line your guaranteed to wait 15 minutes.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Kitchen in disgusting condition, workers on screaming at people telling them they’re going to fight them over the phone behind the counter. Food takes longer than 30 minutes on simple orders. Take your money somewhere else. Even a different Wendy's will do.

we pulled up to the drive thru with my dog and the employee gave him a nugget through the window. the manager complained and charged us for a 4 piece nugget 💀 also they messed up our order three times until we finally just cut our losses and left. we were rooting for you, Richmond Heights Wendy’s!!!

As I sat at the drive through window there was a girl with long red hair and yellow finger nails, she was filling the mixed drink machine with cups. She took a napkin and twisted it around and shoved it up her nose and twisted it around to clean her nose out!!! NASTY!
NEVER SAW HER WASH HER HANDS...

I’ve lived super close to here for several years and love wendys food but I only come up here very rarely because the experience is ALWAYS , every single time, terrible. The wait is atrocious, the people(kids) who work here are rude and have no work ethic. They will mess up your order every single time , so be sure to check your bags . And it’s not just me , everyone who lives near here knows this wendys is horrible

I genuinely cannot believe how badly this Wendy’s managed to fumble a simple order. I asked for a Dave’s Double with one slice of cheese, extra onions, no mayo, and add ketchup and mustard. Somehow, what I received was a Baconator with extra mayo and one random pickle tossed on like an afterthought. Not a single part of my order was correct. Not one.

To make matters worse, the service was just as sloppy as the food. I actually heard a cook in the back yell, “I’m not making that,” as if preparing a basic burger was a personal insult. The energy behind the counter made it clear that nobody wanted to be there, and it absolutely showed in the final product.

If this location is going to operate with that level of carelessness, hostility, and inability to follow a simple order, they should prepare for customers to stop coming altogether. This was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.

PEOPLE THE WENDY'S ON BUCKEYE AND THE ONE ON RICHMOND ROAD BOTH HAS THE SAME DISTRICT MANAGER SO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND WHERE HIS WORKERS GET THERE PROFESSIONALISM FROM TWO OF THE MOST IN MY OPINION GETTO DISRESPECTFUL UNDER THE WATCH OF (Mr.WHITNER) THAT I HAVE EVER WITNESS BESIDE THE MCDONALD'S IN E CLEVELAND THE WENDY'S TOOK MY MONEY AFTER I WAITED 15MIN FOR MY MEAL AND ONLY 1 OTHER PERSON INSIDE THE FOOD WAS COLD I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK NEVER LEAVING THE COUNTER THE MANAGER TOLD ME NO AND JUST WAIT FOR A REMAKE I REFUSED TO BE FORCE TO EAT TFROM THERE ....THE DISTRICT MANAGER (WHITNER) REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT AFTER HE STATED I SHOULD NOT HAVE CALLED CORP. Employees here are miserable and seem to hate their own lives, so they project their hatred towards themselves to you. I get working fast food can be tough, but smile for once, and not sound like a robots. McDonald employees have it worse, and they at least still have great customer service!
