I stopped in here on July 27th and was shorted a large fry from my order. As of August 8, I still have not had any reply from the restaurant, nor has McDonald's corporate been willing to issue a refund. I made the purchase via the app, so they should be in control of the refund. Their only respnse to the many emails that I have exchanged with their support is that my only recourse is for them (app support) to forward my complaint to the local restaurant leaders. I have yet to receive any communication from the local restaurant, so I'm left to assume that tjey just don't care. I won't be back until they make this right, and I intend to continue updating this review occasionally so that others can see just how little McDonald's customer service actually tries to fix problems.

Hello my internet not letting browse as needed on your site. I was just there today 11/19/24 at around 4:30pm and order a Big Mac combo biggie size with a 6 piece McNuggets and the cashier charged me $5.00 more than screen and no receipt. I think 🤔 my order should have been $9.30.. not 13.30 j
Came here to write a review about how pleasantly surprised I was at this McDonald's. We stopped on a road trip and found the restaurant clean and well maintained. The best part was that I ordered an iced coffee and asked if they could make it decaf. At first they said no because there was only hot decaf, but a few minutes later, an employee came to my table with a cup of iced decaf and said she had cooled it down for me. The coffee was perfect, but she offered at least twice to remake it for me if it wasn't. The service here was so wonderful!

placed mobile breakfast order at 10:15. Got in line at 10:30. First window tells me breakfast is over. Manager says just to give it to me. Wait five minutes at second window then get told breakfast is over and I’ll be refunded.

I mostly stop for the clean facilities when traveling and am hooked on their Carmel coffee!! My food choices are limited there bc I don't eat a lot of fast foods, love their breakfast foods, wish you could get them 24/7.
