Came here to write a review about how pleasantly surprised I was at this McDonald's. We stopped on a road trip and found the restaurant clean and well maintained. The best part was that I ordered an iced coffee and asked if they could make it decaf. At first they said no because there was only hot decaf, but a few minutes later, an employee came to my table with a cup of iced decaf and said she had cooled it down for me. The coffee was perfect, but she offered at least twice to remake it for me if it wasn't. The service here was so wonderful!

placed mobile breakfast order at 10:15. Got in line at 10:30. First window tells me breakfast is over. Manager says just to give it to me. Wait five minutes at second window then get told breakfast is over and I’ll be refunded.

They drive thru wait was 15 minutes. The order was incorrect. The receipt matched the order. The food and attached bag ticket number and receipt did not match.
Evening shift is a total joke. Only stopped because my son wanted cheeseburgers before going to his dads for the weekend. No greeting, had to wait several minutes for her to take the money for every vehicle in line because she can’t multitask, never asked me what my order was or anything. Mike and Maggie just standing around talking, not helping at all. Total joke

McDonalds in Rio Grand is by far the best McDonald from Chillicothe to Ohio River, I've never had better service fries, which are always hot. Staff is always friendly.

Kid-friendliness: We went through the drive through between 9 and 9:30 AM. MY son was distraught because we couldn't get chicken nuggets yet. The Angel in drive through suggested we get him a chicken biscuit and cut up the chicken.
