This kiosk only style of business is very disheartening, I watched 3 customers have issues putting their orders in, one only managed to get a drink on his order. We are customers, not employees. I feel that if we do part of the work then we should receive an employee discount, but no, the prices here were actually more than other Taco Bell locations. Corporate greed.. The dining experience was off-putting, because there isn't much room for in store dining, and you feel obligated...
Food was fine, standard Taco Bell. Like others have said, you have to place your order at a self service kiosk. The restaurant looks fairly new and was pretty clean. The workers act like they don't really want to be there and are indifferent to the customers. They got my order wrong, but fixed it when I pointed out the problem. They messed up the order for the customer after me, too.
Rio Grande Taco Bell, we need to talk...You were my favorite taco bell I'd ever been to when you opened, the quality was miles above the others. Your burritos were perfect, your service was above par, and you always delivered a high quality product. Now... you are a shell of what you once were and it hurts me.
