Went through drive thru messed up my bagel went inside to get my sausage added and had a large green mold spot on bottom of bagel. Gave me another bagel without mold but had it not been wrong would have ate it while driving not workers fault that management. Thru it all out drank soda

I came the past two Saturdays before 6am and McDonald is closed. There web site says open at 5am. I came through in the day time and asked for extra onions on my sandwich and they don’t even add onions to my sandwich. Dates 18th of October and the 25th. You guys need to do better

Managers letting crew members make fun of other crew members who are special needs and people slower then other. I think people who make fun of slow people and special needs people are very disrespectful people they are just try to work to. I think you should think before you open your mouth because your just a bullying people because you insecure about your own self so you pick on special-needs people and other people that are slower. Young lady you are a disgrace and your parents should’ve talked to you a little bit better to respect people with special needs and that are slower than you

The only reason I stepped into the establishment is friends wanted to go they are older and didn't want to drive to Dairy Queen McDonald's is feeding the American people(maybe all over the world) food that is straight garbage!!!!! Don't even remember how many ingredient are in there French fries??? 17 I believe??? Should be potatoes grease and salt!!!! Lab made JUNK!!!! Sameway w the meat is lab born GARBAGE!!!! whatever happened to real food???? McDonald's should be put out of business for the practice of false advertising as would happen to other Americans if we did the same thing they are doing!!! The only thing we purchased was ice cream and honestly who knows how much GARBAGE I consumed doing that

food is always extra greasy like they took the meat straight out with their gloves not tongs. they are always giving out stale mcmuffins at breakfast i have taken food back probably a dozen times due to it being inedible, i worked at bk for 2 years and i never sent food out like that if the health department goes in I bet they just rewrite all their time tickets or they reset the timer which ever system they got. it is absolutely unacceptable to be serving people food that has been sitting for honestly had to have been hours. disgusting practices honestly

I had an issue with my mobile order since one of the items I got was unavailable by the time I got there. The manager was super nice and accommodating about it. Just sucks a little that I was out a couple dollars since I didn't get the customizations that I made on the app, but that's my own fault I didn't want to tell them all the crap I changed face to face lol
