The food is 5 stars. it’s affordable and always delicious but unfortunately the service is usually iffy at BGs. We called to place an order and were forgotten on hold for over 30 minutes. I used my wife’s phone to call while we were on hold and the line was busy. Who knows how many orders they missed while we were waiting to place ours. If you are able to place an order I also wouldn’t expect it to be done when they tell you. It could be done in 15 minutes or an hour and 45 minutes. Usually no in between.

I'm extra picky about what a "titled" sandwich is... but by far the best Reuben in 40+ miles hands down... and staff was awesome, friendly and inviting... was our first visit, now we plan on coming back as frequently as possible... awesome job ladies
Went last night for my cousins 40th birthday party...there was alittle miscommunication with staff but when we told the staff what was going on they were on it and arranged table's for our party. Food was great! Thank you!
