I watched the workers tell a customer they were out of chips. Then an employee on break went and got chips from the back. The customer was upset and the staff just made fun of her. The lady asked for their names and they all refused to tell her. The lady was about to cry and the staff were just laughing at her. I even told the staff it’s not very professional to make fun of a paying customer and they just laughed at me. It’s always something at this location

This was my second time coming to this location. Probably won't go back.One of the employees was using her phone with her gloves on and didn't change them after. Then she stood next to the employee that was making my food. She looked like she was ready to start working without changing her gloves so I asked for her to not touch my food( i coudn't think of anything else to say it was all of a sudden)i said why, i said she was touching her phone with her gloves on. Apparently they didn't like that I spoke up because some of them kept looking our way and smiling. Just the attitude of the employees when I mentioned she was on her phone and didn't change her gloves tells me the attitude this location has towards the customers well being. I was going to call the GM but I believe it's pointless.The two stars is for the male employee who started our orders and charged us was very nice.

Once again another Chipotle experience where any location is always out of something. It makes me not even want to chance it. They had cheese, but would only serve it for Doordash or online orders. I was physically in the store and couldn't get cheese. Pissed off.

The staff is apathetic and lazy. I sat at the pickup window for 10 minutes. After beeping my horn to no avail I had to go into the restaurant to get my order. They did not care when I informed them of this.

Chipotle has always been the best and my favorite place to eat regardless of being a hot heads or any other american-Mexican food chain. I can't get enough of CHIPOTLE.♡Dietary restrictions: You pick and choose what you want added to your burrito or bowl.Parking: Plenty but not sure how many.Kid-friendliness: Very decent place to dine in. Plenty of tables and chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Two doors that open and accessible ramp down to parking lot there is a button you push for both doors to open giving access to the building.
