We went here to use a local flavor gift certificate. Locating this place was a bit tricky as it is kind of hidden in a corner, The girls at the cash register were so confused and clueless on the prices and menu. They charged me for a large but gave me a medium. I didn't fuss about it because i realized it much later. We had italian ice, ice-cream, shake and a sundai. Everything tasted average, On a expensive side and definitely not worth going back.

Success has killed more businesses than outright failure We travelled from Indian Trail for our first visit to Ralph’s. It’ll likely be our last. Ordered a fudge brownie sundae. The brownie thing was tooth-chipping hard, the vanilla ice cream tasted off. Ate it in the car so didn’t return it, just pitched it. Wanted a strawberry shortcake sundae, but not shortcake. Server didn’t know how to issue a debit card credit so we ended up with more ice cream stuff than we really wanted. Pitched that, too. No frozen yogurt. A hand-written list of other flavors that were “out” was scabbed to the wall. One of the two servers was on a phone. To drive past other ice cream shops for this one didn’t prove-out...

Perfect local spot to grab ice cream or a quick delicious bite. Small menu, but the food is great and the service was phenomenal. Very sweet employees working here. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to grab a bite!
We love going to Ralph’s! We can walk there from our house! They have a wide variety of items and you can sample anything you want! One of my favorites is the Hot Fudge Crunch sundae! Yummy!

This is the only place to go for Italian ices. Straight from staten island...chocolate is my favorite..mix lemon and cherry add vodka best summer time adult beverage..mom likes chocolate and orange cream mixed..if you have never been there go..if you have never had Italian ice..you don't know what your missing..wish Deninos was here as well
