Really disappointed, ordered two sandwiches online my husband got exactly what he ordered, me on the other hand did not I got everything with the exception of the sauce. I asked for less hot honey and apparently they took that as meaning none because that's exactly what I got was none, I got a bone dry flatbread Italian ultimate BMT. Then when we tried to call the store to inform them we kept getting hung up on because no one would answer and when we left they weren't busy at all, the gas station wasn't even busy. So again highly disappointed once again with this store after a tiny little glimmer of hope that they were going to do better, they slide back to the bottom. Looks like we won't be returning anytime soon. 😔.

Expensive and not healthy. Food is consistent and fresh until around 5pm. Skip if it is late, Prep is done in the morning. There are 4 in Lancaster area, and more not to far away.

The worst hours of any restaurant anywhere. Never open when I drive by & I'm thru here alot. If you're on 33 East, it's not too bad to get in and out. But if you're on 33 west, DOT NOT TURN IN. it's way too hard & unsafe to turn back out onto 33 west cuz there in no middle turn lane & you must pull right out into traffic going 60 mph.
Great service, have never seen it real busy, but not there during like lunch rush, always stopping in evening because of the truck parking. Food is good, always fresh and employees have always been friendly and provide great service.

Staff is awesome, and if you want a pretty looking sub, this is the place for you. The staff here are really what makes this Subway a favorite. Also, the convenience is great
