I already know this burger is gonna be great. Hey you can kind of make it a little rare. OK thank you I yelled into the window so she while they were cooking it. I bet it’s gonna be good. Great food. Great ice cream. Really Americana feel. I really love this place. It's what small town America is all about and what it does best. The only reason I couldn't give it five stars was because of the gnats. A plethora of gnats outside. We ate in the car. I don't know if the problem can be solved. I still loved it.
The Tastee Twirl has been an institution in Rockford since my childhood and I’m not sure how many years before. I don’t know what this small town would do without a place for soft serve ice cream cones and shakes after little league games. It’s so close to the park, it’s like a tradition that has to be observed! summertime in Rockford requires afternoon trips to the Tastee Twirl!
