Dining in is your best option. Service is always good, even when they're busy. Take out ordering is another story. The last 2 times I ordered take out I waited 15-20 minutes past the time they said it would be ready.
Food was ice cold and dry, meat was raw from a pick up order. Spent 34.70 for breakfast at that. When you tell them the issue they act like you’re lying. Refuse to give an equal value. Have been coming here for years. Will never come again after this. Quality has plummeted.

Food was very good this time. Someone needs to answer the question, is syrup part of a pancake/waffle breakfast or is it an upcharge? Had several orders where syrup was not provided.

The food was terrible. Had the fried steak. Gravy was like paste, steak had no taste, and mash potatoes were dry.

I stopped here on my way across country. Great food quicker and I even found a few items that I could use for Christmas gifts.!

Great service and creative new specials
Dietary restrictions: Severe onion allergy. Waitress handled everything. Of course, some things are not the same but she did her best to instruct the kitchen with great results.
Parking: Very generous amount of Accessible parking. Even better is the smart layout where these spaces are prioritized and placed very near the point of entrance.
Kid-friendliness: I saw happy children coloring away...
Wheelchair accessibility: Maybe a little tough to negotiate with the haul of Christmas merchandise in the gift shop! However, diners are polite there and one you enter the restroom or dining room, space is wide open

We ordered the Thanksgiving feast for the first time. We got the turkey stuffing mashed potatoes, gravy, macaroni and cheese broccoli casserole rolls, butter, sweet potato casserole, green beans. I think that’s everything oh and pecan pie and pumpkin pie everything and I mean everything was absolutely delicious. I believe we started a new tradition for Thanksgiving. Great job Cracker Barrell!!!

My wife and I usually eat at your restaurant twice a month or more. I hate to say this, but I experienced the worst-tasting, cold-dried old oil-fried chicken fried chicken meal I have ever eaten. We were very disappointed. We were stunned. My wife also had no options that she liked for her salad dressing. The service, on the other hand, was great.
