I have been shopping here for many years. Great meat selection! Delicious filet mignon steak for the grill. The cashiers are always friendly. My only complaint about the entire store is the older woman named Chan who works in the deli. She is rude and sarcastic. Next time I see her behind the counter, I will simply walk by without ordering anything. She is not worth my time!

Pharmacy staff is wonderful and always very helpful. Also very willing to find the best price for your medications. Store is usually stocked well with fresh fruit and veggies and just about anything else you want.
This Giant Eagle offers the essential groceries one would expect from a standard store, making it a convenient stop for everyday needs. While it maintains a basic selection, the presence of both a deli and a bakery adds valuable options for fresh provisions and prepared foods.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience
When I greeted the cashier with a friendly “Hi, how are you?” she didn’t respond at all—just complete silence. I politely asked her to double bag all my items since I had to walk a bit with my groceries, but she only double-bagged one item and continued placing the rest in single bags. I had to stop and remind her again, otherwise, she would’ve had to redo the bags at the end. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight. Even when I said thank you before leaving, she remained silent. Basic courtesy and communication seeks to be lacking.
Out of curiosity, I looked at the reviews for this location and noticed many other customers have had similarly unpleasant experiences over the last few years now and I wonder why there’s still no improvement in this aspect .
Management, please address this issue—this kind of behavior is unprofessional, disappointing, and not what customers should have to deal with.
