Ordered a turkey sub and a veggie patty sub. Both were wrong. On the turkey they forgot the mayo. The veggie patty sub came without the veggie patty just hard bread and veggies. Total waste of money! Subway can never seem to get it right.

I get the Doordash app screwed up but that is no excuse to half ass my order. Got a pretzel that had 7 pieces of salt on it, ice cold, definitely thrown together like it was an inconvenience. And I heard the conversation between my dasher and the cashier and it definitely seems like they skipped the “customer service” part of the training video.

Service was lazy and both people behind the counter had a poor attitude. We ordered 4 footlongs and they were skimpy on everything, and 2 of the 4 sandwiches didn't have the correct amount of meat on them. They didn't want to run to the back and get more items out of the cooler. First time at this location, and my family is very disappointed ☹️.

I’d just like to thank Rhiannon, for being so kind! My dad is a retired veteran, who lost my mom a year ago. He comes to this subway once a week and gets his meals for the week because he isn’t able to stand long due to losing his leg, and he’s older. He always raves about her. She individually wraps and labels all his footlongs for him, grabs his napkins, and will carry them to his car since he is on crutches. Makes sure he gets into his car, and will even come to open the door if she sees him pull in. She puts all his sauces on the side, and labels them all for him. That kindness isn’t seen anymore especially in fast food! I live out of state, but he always talks about her and how kind and funny on our calls! Thank you for making an older gentleman’s day, it’s nice to know that there are kind people out there and makes me happy to know that even if I can’t personally be there, there is someone else looking out for him!!!

Ordered 4 sandwiches all but one was wrong called to report manager Robert said bring sandwiches back that he would find ticket and remake took the sandwiches back in.The manager Robert remade them said he had the ticket for the order we also told him what was on a sandwiches came back home after he remade the sandwiches only to find they were wrong again called the store a bit frustrated because we came from Mogadore we explain that the sandwiches were wrong again and he said we didn't tell him what was on the sandwiches so I said then why are there lettuce and tomatoes on them and he said that's what I thought you wanted but he should have known what was on the sandwiches because he told us he had the ticket and again we told him what was on them I was upset said we are coming from Mogadore it's not like we're across the street he told me not to speak to him that way and I could call corporate if I didn't like it so I spent $56 on food that we cannot eat I will never go back to Subway at rootstown again and the best thing you can do is go elsewhere. Oh he did give us three cookies I guess an apology even though it was still wrong so I spent $56 for three cookie. Robert is a horrible manager he does not need to be a manager. This was the drive-thru by the way. You try to call corporate it says if you have a balance inquiry to go to subway.com and then hangs up on you The only way I can complain is to call the rootstown store that does no good because Robert is the manager and he will do nothing for you other than to mess up your food.

Well the subs were wrong not once but twice in a row I don't think I've ever heard a manager speak so rudely to customers when he messed up the order really hoping that someone will replace Robert in the management department if this place.If it would have been a teenager acting this way it would have been a little more understanding.

Called to place a pick up order yesterday for two subs, a lady answered the phone and seemed upset that I wanted to place the order saying that they do not take over the phone orders and hung up immediately. We stopped in 2 minutes later bc I don’t use the app and the place was empty. RUDE AND LAZY WOW!
