This place is an absolute joke!! Called them out on Facebook for lying about having tickets available for a show!! Avoid it at all cost! Scam!
Cool venue. Terrible ticket purchasing software on website. Clicked purchase at 10:00:10 and still spinning hour later.

I only give a 3 star bc my experience was a bit annoying. I went here for the first time for a concert. It’s the first place I ever saw that allows you to place things on the ground- chairs, bags, solo cups, Christmas trees to hold your spot in line so they don’t have to stand there. Also saw on the door that it’s suppose to be 1 chair per person standing. However my best friend and I stood in the cold for 2 hours and we’re 7th in line with maybe 10 items on the ground in front of us. When people came to retrieve their items and get in line we ended up being 31st in line. There were 6 people to one item. 🤯
We get in and still get front row so not mad at all as front row was what I waited outside for 2 hours in line for. Well after meet and greets all these people came in that are apparently regulars and were saying they were standing where I was which they were not bc the moment I got in I hadn’t moved never left my spot for the restroom food drink nothing. They knew the security guard by name called him over and he told me I had to step back even tho I had been standing there the whole time and those people were never anywhere near me. I explained and was told I could step back or leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Whatever I stepped back. I then could barely see bc the guy kept stepping in front of me, kept talking super freaking loud and continuously kept needing through to go get more drinks. I was so flipping annoyed. I have been to many concerts and it’s stand in line and get first come first serve for general admission. I know this is a small venue and a lot of people show up but just bc you’re a regular doesn’t mean you should be entitled.

I was worried about the accessibility of this place as I was on a mobility scooter for Neal McCoy. The bouncers were excellent in helping me get through the crowd and making sure I didn’t get hurt. Excellent place for a show! Wheelchair users, you will be taken care of!
Bartender charged me $42 for two twisted teas and two Rumplemintz for being a fag. Never coming back!

I went for a benefit concert. Staff I encountered were friendly, didn't purchase food. Large outside patio area in the back, inside was quite roomy. Would go again.
