I am not sure what has been going on there but a year ago it was amazing. now everytime i go, there is something. first the pretzel was raw. this time I grabbed a pretzel out of the case and the whole bottom is rock hard. it was the same way last time. Quality control and food safety need to be addressed.
Ben's Soft Pretzels in Rossford is excellent, try the pretzel pockets, and pretzel dogs by Joe, they're the best. Kudos to Joe, at Ben's.
