I really love the fresh salsa they have. The chicken tenders are the best and I get them with Buffalo sauce. Beer is always cold and the staff is always on the ball. For 2 adults and child is pricey like almost $100 with tip and thats with only ordering 2 beers.

Stopped in with my wife a couple months ago because a friend was really talking up Chili’s chips and salsa. So obviously we got that. Not my favorite, but there is an eerily addictive quality to them. We also got the southwest egg rolls, boneless wings and the smash burger. The burger meat wasn’t very flavorful, but it wasn’t a terrible sandwich. The other food items tasted as one would expect from Chili’s. My Maker’s Mark old fashioned was surprisingly good, but my wife’s drink was not. She normally loves espresso martinis, but she said this one had a bad aftertaste and couldn’t get herself to finish it. Our server was very polite but awkward. To be fair, we don’t normally go to Chili’s. We won’t be back…unless family gives us another gift card like they always tend to do.

In the past, we have been treated poorly at this location. However, today Anna gave us the most amazing service!! She was kind, attentive, and an overall great server!! Food was amazing as usual.

Came in on Monday 5/12 to pickup my takeout order. You were a little busy. That should not excuse the way that lady acted. She was short with me, snappy, and very rude. I see here doing take out all of the time. This is the second time she has been rude to me. The first time I just let it go. Everyone has a bad day. Then it happened again. I will not be back.
First time to stop in Rossford’Chili’s. We were seated immediately and greeter friendly. We ordered the fajita dinner combo with 4 protein choices and on the menu it pictured chili beans in bowls and rice on 2 plates i.e.and separate sour creams, cheese, salsa also on 2 plates. Combo for 2 implied. Protein offered chicken, steak and shrimp. Price $39.95. We asked the waitress about the 4 protein choices. What was the 4th? She didn’t know and looked at our menu and then went back to the kitchen to ask. The 4th was a second one of any of the three choices. The meal came in a timely manner and was nice and hot. But we really couldn’t see a 4th protein portion of the chicken protein unless 2 1/2 pieces of chicken are the usual serving for the single meal so then 5 pieces would make it a 4th portion? One serving of chili and rice was served for 2 and another serving of chili on a plate was quickly taken from our table by an employee from the kitchen(manager?). The food was good but you do not get the amount of chicken and steak the picture on the menu implies that will be included in the meal and in the extra cost of a combo for $39.95 and you don’t get the extra serving of chili and rice. Chili’s has always been my go to place for fajitas. But buyer be aware what you order quite possibly will not look like what is pictured on the menu.

Restaurant was very busy. We were told our wait would be 15 minutes. Received a text less than 10 minutes later. Our waitress Samantha was outstanding. Food took a bit longer than normal but under the circumstances of the restaurant being packed it was not too long & well worth it. Great job to everyone!

We walked in and were seated almost immediately. (just before the dinner rush) Our sever was prompt and friendly. It didn't take long for food to come out. We ordered the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. They were amazing! I had the Big Smasher burger with fries (added queso and bacon). While I thought the plating/ presentation was a little lacking, the flavor certainly was not! It was absolutely delicious! My wife ordered the pick 2 fajitas (chicken & shrimp) and said they were really good too! Overall, nice atmosphere, great food, good price, definitely recommend!
