Our waitress was new, that really wasn't the issue, we waited an hour for our two meals, there was tables that were sat after us and received their food before us, the food wasn't hot and chicken chewy. Paid 80 bucks to take home 90 percent of our food for our dogs.

I am so disappointed. Me and my boyfriend went to this Chili’s yesterday for dinner, and the service was terrible! We were sat and our waitress took our drink orders, and then proceeded to basically ignore us the entire time. Other people brought us our drinks and food, as she passed by us and looked at us multiple times. After our first drinks were empty, we sat there for about 30 minutes while she and managers passed our table and said nothing about our empty cups. Servers and managers were also gathering at the front of the building and just looking at their phones. Nobody even checked on us and asked if we liked our food. I would accept this lack of service if the place was packed but it was not busy at all in the restaurant! Me and my boyfriend had never been to a chilis before and were absolutely disappointed with the experience.

Went in today and had Maggie as my server earlier and she was amazing! Very quick and attentive. The food was delicious and service was great. I rarely dine here but this location has been wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff as a person who works in food makes all the difference thank you Maggie!

The Big smasher burger was the best tasting burger ive had in a while. Anywhere.
I really love the fresh salsa they have. The chicken tenders are the best and I get them with Buffalo sauce. Beer is always cold and the staff is always on the ball. For 2 adults and child is pricey like almost $100 with tip and thats with only ordering 2 beers.

Stopped in with my wife a couple months ago because a friend was really talking up Chili’s chips and salsa. So obviously we got that. Not my favorite, but there is an eerily addictive quality to them. We also got the southwest egg rolls, boneless wings and the smash burger. The burger meat wasn’t very flavorful, but it wasn’t a terrible sandwich. The other food items tasted as one would expect from Chili’s. My Maker’s Mark old fashioned was surprisingly good, but my wife’s drink was not. She normally loves espresso martinis, but she said this one had a bad aftertaste and couldn’t get herself to finish it. Our server was very polite but awkward. To be fair, we don’t normally go to Chili’s. We won’t be back…unless family gives us another gift card like they always tend to do.
