I pop in every now and then on Sunday nights, won’t happen again. They ran out of cash, the server was apoplectic (said she was ready to quit twice, mentioned something about the other servers not doing things right, and the manager ignoring her calls, all loud enough for every guest to hear as she complained to the cook), my chicken skillet showed up without chicken, beverage went un-refilled, and the cook had to take my payment because the server was elsewhere.

Worst breakfast experience in years. Go to Central Ave Dennys if that's your planned eatery. Went there last summer and it was up to expectations. Rossford not so much.

Yikes...Food was rough. Steak was so chewy it might as well have been a dog toy. Hashbrowns we're undercooked. Jelly was somehow separated and watery.Drink refills were few and far between and only upon request.Toilet in the bathroom was nearly full with horrifying (orange?) Water. Only soap looked like dawn in a kitchen ketchup bottle.Eat here with caution

The waitress hàd her daughter seat us and get our drinks. Like 11 years old wearing slippers no socks, open toes. Floors were wet, food, and paper. Vulgar offensive music playing loading on tv. Requested to turn it down and was pretty much harassed for doing it. Tables were a mess and then when we go to leave, pay the bill. The place is unattended, all of the staff is outside in the back. Will not be returning.

The great: FOH. The bad: pancake balls over cooked on outside undercooked on the inside told waitstaff she took em back and they refired them. They returned basically inedible. Was still charged. Ordered over easy eggs on my BLT&e got over hard. These they replaced. They never have the smoothies they advertise.

The waitress takes my order, but doesn't ask for my name for the order. I find out after several minutes that she's getting off shift. But before that, she's talking to a couple sitting in the booth behind me about the "enormous hangover" she has and is glad she getting off. The next two ladies come on and they keep asking me about my order and who took it. I keep telling them what I ordered and I'm puzzled by the who took your order question because one of the women was standing there talking to me as the 1st woman was taking it. They couldn't find my order. It took them around twenty minutes to locate it. I ordered a burger/fries, but no one informed me that they had no more buns so they used regular bread. Then, when I got home, I realized that it wasn't what I ordered. The lady I was talking to as my order was being taken was trying to talk me into getting bacon on my burger. I told her I didn't like bacon on burgers and told to woman taking my order that I didn't want bacon. None of what I wanted on my burger was on it, but there was bacon (not my order). To top it off, it was soggy because of the bread. I won't be going back to the Rossford store again.

My wife and I enjoyed breakfast at the Denny's located at 1122 Buck Road in Rossford. The food was delicious and hot. But what made it a great breakfast was the service. Angelica was an excellent waitress. She was polite and had a pleasant smile. Angelica knew the menu, made sure our order was delivered in a timely manner, and checked in on us frequently. 5 STARS to Angelica and Denny's.

Staff was sick with the sniffles, it wasn't any sanitization going on at all. Tables and floor was filthy, and the chef was cussing the waitress out, and yelling from the back about the in particular instructions on the orders. This was the worst we ever seen this location. We'll return, once it says under new management lol.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would, our waitress tried her best and was the only one taking orders and trying to help the cook(I use cook very freely). Empty restaurant but took 40 mins to get good while the manager chatted with the other waitresses that were vaping IN THE RESTAURANT, talking about outside drama that customers should not be of heard,and did not help the cook or the only waitress that was working. $80 for a bunch of burnt fried food and soggy pancakes. I hope that corporate reads this and addresses these issues or plan for a closure. It's NOT okay that one person was working while everyone else screwed around. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT. We were there on 7/21 @ 7:50pm-9:10pm, party of 8, and our waitress had red hair. Please check the cameras and hold Management accountable and praise the only person that was on the clock actually working. I hope she finds another job because Dennies on Buck road does NOT deserve her!

Literally the worst service. 2 girls working tonight, 6/23 around 6pm, the one seemed nice but my server just radiated negative energy from the moment she gave us menus. Idk if it was bc I had kids or what but she acted like it was horrible to have to talk to me. I instantly knew I wasn't leaving any tip. I ordered a sizzling skillet and watched it die in the window while the cook got my kids pancakes and chicken tenders done. Why he made mine first, I have no idea. He didn't even try to cover up the fact that it's been sitting by throwing it on the burner and adding water to make it steam. She brought me the food and the skillet was so cold I could literally pick it up out the holder. I touched the rice and it literally wasn't even warm. I said "I don't want this" she asked if there was something wrong and I told her it was cold. She said ok and took it and walked away. No kind of offer to remake it or anything. No sorry no nothing. Just terrible service. She also forgot my kids BBQ sauce after I heard her ask for a side of it. Made no sense. She then never came back to my table and just shouted from the server section to ask if we needed anything. Worst place ever. Just go to the one at flying J or don't go at all. She at least took it off my bill but I was starving so F her. She needs a new job that doesn't have to do with customer service.

Empty crepes is their specialty!$13 for this poor mealSuper thin crepe, No vanilla cream at all... No powdered sugar... You guys should have more attention in what you're doing.
