I’ve never had a bad experience at five guys EVER but I just received the driest burger I’ve ever had in my life. First time at this location. My husband picked up for us and I guess he wasn’t greeted for 5 minutes and then was handed the wrong order without them getting his name. Oh well. Will check out the Maumee location instead as it is just as close to where we live

Any Five Guys has expensive food so if you know that going in, the food is otherwise great! The store was clean and new and our food came out reasonable fast. My favorite thing was that there was a small tack board by the door to put five guys art. I am not much of an artist but I loved the idea and drawing a picture depicting 5 guys enjoying some food gave me something to do while I ate!!!

I love five guys but the price of an average cheese burger is almost thirteen dollars for just the burger. I love the food and it’s great but the burger is super pricey I will be going to this restaurant when the prices come down a bit.
