Our burgers weren't how we ordered them. Mine was missing mustard and ketchup. My husband's was missing tomato and onion. We ordered a Cajun fry and a regular fry, both of which were in one bag together. This was the first time we were disappointed.

Shrink-flation is now occurring at least at this location. Portions got smaller compared to last year. 3 burgers in a bag had zero weight . Close to $40 I could have made 12 burgers at home.Especially when the meat only weighed probably 1/4 lb. Per patty.

I ordered a patty melt with mayo amongst other toppings… I might as well have ordered a jar of mayo. I could not even scrape it off and finish my burger there was SO MUCH MAYO. Maybe get it on the side if you like mayo on your burger. I’ve never had issues at the other locations.
We placed an order for our office, about a dozen sandwiches, and they literally messed up every single one of them. Not a single person in the office got what they ordered. It was as if they just made a dozen burgers with one or two toppings of their own choosing. Absolutely unacceptable service it was like they were trying to tell us they don't want our business or they were mad that we placed a large order.

Good was good. Big Buford meal. But.... the wait was over 10 minutes in the drive through at the window waiting for my food and staff didn't talk to you as the customer to inform you of what's going on.

Can’t really go wrong with five guys. I have 3 stars because there really wasn’t anything special with them. Their food is your average fast food kind. Also, the sides are all an up charge, it would be cool if the chain did some combo options. I was please with the staff, they were all super friendly and accommodating. The wait was decent considering the time of day (lunch time) and how busy the area was at the time. The seating area is pretty tight but there is a good amount overall. The restaurant is also clean which is a plus.
