My first time trying Jersey Mike's. The Sandwich was good, but I ordered a Chipotle giant and for the price I paid, it's what I expected. It wasn't until I got home, 11 Miles away, I found out I got a Philly cheese steak instead, I wasn't about to turn around and go back 11 miles to take it back, so I had to settle for that. Two stars is because of sandwich is good. They'd have gotten more if they had given me the right sandwich.

I was in here earlier today and I had the pleasure of meeting this woman named Molly, She greeted me with a smile and the service that she gave to me was seriously better than any of the other locations I have been to…. I could tell she was busy but she still made time to help me. After I got my sandwich ( the bacon & chicken ) she thanked me for coming in and honestly it’s not much but good customer service is hard to come by so it was only right I took a few minutes to leave a review. I will be back ! Thank you Molly !

I had asked for a regular club sub on gluten free bread and no cheese. I also asked for mayo and mustard, but I did not get any bacon. Plus, it was kinda dry...could have used more mayo, I guess.

When my wife and I arrived all the staff were in the back on their phones, and seemed annoyed to have to serve us. We ordered 2 Club Subs, add Honey Mustard to 1. They then took proceeded to screw up both subs in every possible way and then looked at me like I had just crapped in their morning oatmeal when I pointed out that it was wrong each time. I had to tell them explicitly no tomato, then they added onion and I had them take it off. Then they added oil and honey mustard to both subs and what I think was oregano. We just wanted what we ordered but the dude staff proceeded to screw it up in every possible way and then got snarky when I said they’d done it wrong. If I could rate 0 stars I would. They also withheld the recipt from us and we weren’t even asked if we wanted it. Thanks for wasting $40, even McDonalds does better.

This is by far the worst atmosphere and service I’ve had. The staff doesn’t greet anyone when they enter which is 101. We didn’t know where to order and the woman at the counter just points to the sign without helping. We tried to customize our hot sub and she told us it would happen later in line. After we got the sub we asked about customizing and they told us that we should have done that while ordering. Makes no sense. The try to ask questions but you can’t hear them and after 3 times of us asking what was that they still don’t speak up. We ordered drinks and I was standing at the counter waiting as they all just looked at me. After a few seconds they asked what I needed and I said cups please. They looked at me like I was dumb and go they’re on the wall as if I should have known. When we order they should tell us that. Don’t come here if you like friendly good service with a good atmosphere. By far the worst Jersey Mike’s experience!!

Subs are always better than the competitions, period. And I love supporting a company that gives back... like yesterday, where 100% of sales went to area charities (I think they donated $25 million nationally last year). Building a new JM in BG right now... can't wait!
