I’ve been patronizing this location for quite some time and I must say, they’re great! To the lady (Karen) who came in tonight pitching a fit on 10/9/25 around 7:00pm! You were completely rude and immature! There were witnesses! So if the manager sees this, please know that your team is phenomenal!!

I was in here earlier today and I had the pleasure of meeting this woman named Molly, She greeted me with a smile and the service that she gave to me was seriously better than any of the other locations I have been to…. I could tell she was busy but she still made time to help me. After I got my sandwich ( the bacon & chicken ) she thanked me for coming in and honestly it’s not much but good customer service is hard to come by so it was only right I took a few minutes...

I had asked for a regular club sub on gluten free bread and no cheese. I also asked for mayo and mustard, but I did not get any bacon. Plus, it was kinda dry...could have used more mayo, I guess.
