Usually this wouldn’t be an issue that I make a review on.
Today I ordered delivery because I am sick and didn’t want to cook or leave the house to feed my family. The driver drops off the food, I tip him on top of the delivery fee I’m paying.
I go inside and realize that there’s no dressing packets for the salad, the lettuce on the bottom is brown and mushy, and the sauce I selected for my cheesy bread and then left a comment on the delivery app was wrong.
I drove to Marco’s which completely negated the $10 I just spent on delivery and the guy at the counter was in disbelief that I wanted a new salad. His first comment to me was “I can check to see if we have any others but they all look like that. So you might have to wait 10-15 minutes for us to make a new one. I waited 20.
I’ve worked in food business before. If I had served rotten food to a customer and forgot 2 additional items I wouldn’t stand there puffing my chest out at them, I’d be making things right ASAP.

Order was made on their website, they had door dash to deliver, which never happened. Shift manager would not give a refund or remake, said to take it up with corporate. On a Saturday, corporate not open or Sunday. So now got to waste more of my time Monday.

The cheese on our cheesy bread was caramelized and crispy so it wasn't so doughy, and it was the best Marco's cheesy bread i have had in a long time. The pizza was cooked perfectly, the sauce was tasty, they have a drive up pickup window, and the service is warm and friendly at this location.

We get delivery from the Rossford location regularly. Very good pizza, great service. Had a mistake in an order and called the store. Both Brooke, who answered my call, and the delivery driver were fantastic as they fixed it!
if u made the bbq chicken pizza on Friday night (tonight) it was genuinely so mf good I even ate all the crust. I really appreciate the effort <3 u guys slay

Um definitely not gonna come back to this location ever again. just seems like each time is worse I get 2 pepperoni with extra cheese the pizzas are way over cooked the pizzas are yellow so much grease on the pizzas one pizza had no pepperoni at all crust was hard as a rock. I tipped well plus got charged the wrong order had to get a refund then charged my correct order. An tbh if my food was just made right I wouldn't even of complained.

First order here was great, second order here not so much. Second time ordering they didn't put any sauce on the wings we ordered with hot sauce and also forgot my ranch dipping cup that I ordered with the wings. I had to drive 10 mins back after getting to my apartment and realizing not only was the ranch dip missing which I was just going to get some from the dollar store near by but also the wings were plain when I ordered them to be in hot sauce.
