We've been coming to this Marcos for a long time and it's always been good service and great food, but today ruined it for us. We will not be returning; we're very disappointed. I've waited over 2 and a half hours for food that we ordered ahead of time. I was told by another car that they had some fundraiser going on, but if you're this understaffed, simply don't do fundraisers and don't be in business. When I got up to the window, I wasn't greeted for at least 40 minutes after that, and I even honked a few times. It's absolutely ridiculous; everyone who waited this long should have gotten a refund of some sort.

I just placed an order through DoorDash at 1:17 am spoke with Justin and I feel he deserves his flowers for being an understanding and outgoing person towards his customers made my night/morning and was really respectful towards the way that I wanted my order prepared.

Never gotten a salad from Marcos before, so I decided to try the Italian salad was very disappointed. I paid for extra dressing packets was disappointed to find out their fat free cant stand the way fat free dressing tastes And Where on the site did it state that dressing was fat free?Very disappointed that I spent nine dollars + for a salad and can't even eat it And That's product Misrepresentation Advertising materials include images on packets are expected to be accurate, reflecting the product inside because nowhere does it state, that it's fat free? And I got a Italian sub that I have not gotten in a couple years was disappointed to find out that they're almost half the size than they used to be. The bread they put it on now is skinny when it used to be fatter.

We ordered takeout and the food did not look right or taste right we ate two slice slices of pizza and gave the rest to a homeless man and when I called to complain, the manager did not believe me and refused to give me any compensation.

Ordered the large 3 topping pizza. Toppings were not spread evenly, and I think they forgot the tomatoe sauce. Kind of disappointed 😞

Usually this wouldn’t be an issue that I make a review on.
Today I ordered delivery because I am sick and didn’t want to cook or leave the house to feed my family. The driver drops off the food, I tip him on top of the delivery fee I’m paying.
I go inside and realize that there’s no dressing packets for the salad, the lettuce on the bottom is brown and mushy, and the sauce I selected for my cheesy bread and then left a comment on the delivery app was wrong.
I drove to Marco’s which completely negated the $10 I just spent on delivery and the guy at the counter was in disbelief that I wanted a new salad. His first comment to me was “I can check to see if we have any others but they all look like that. So you might have to wait 10-15 minutes for us to make a new one. I waited 20.
I’ve worked in food business before. If I had served rotten food to a customer and forgot 2 additional items I wouldn’t stand there puffing my chest out at them, I’d be making things right ASAP.

The cheese on our cheesy bread was caramelized and crispy so it wasn't so doughy, and it was the best Marco's cheesy bread i have had in a long time. The pizza was cooked perfectly, the sauce was tasty, they have a drive up pickup window, and the service is warm and friendly at this location.

We get delivery from the Rossford location regularly. Very good pizza, great service. Had a mistake in an order and called the store. Both Brooke, who answered my call, and the delivery driver were fantastic as they fixed it!
