After paying for my order I asked the young man at the window, Joey, If it would cost extra for a side cup of ranch or marinara? He said that yes, it would be fifty cents a piece. I told him that it wasn't necessary but thank you. When he handed me my order he told me he purchased two cups of each sauce for me. I told him that was very kind and that I would give him the money for them. He said, no problem that he did it to make my night. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my customer service and impressed with Joey. Thank you very much. I will be back. ?

This is the worst and most unprofessional business of a lifetime. They constantly have you on hold and if they do happen to answer before waiting 30 minutes for them to just take an order, then they answer with an attitude and serious disrespect. Then you are going to either get told they don't deliver to your house that they have delivered to many many times before or you will wait 2+ hours for them to cook the $30+ worth of food and deliver it on a non-busy day. This place is just trash anymore, my family and friends and neighbors will not return to this marcos again. Just pathetic

I’ve ordered from this Marcos for years now. I used to get rewards but over the past couple months they keep telling me their new system doesn’t have my info. I ask every time what I need to do and they keep saying they don’t know. This is crazy, that no one will help me. I wouldn’t order from them but unfortunately here in Rossford there’s not many options. I don’t like to complain about things but the service and accountability here is terrible. And being a business owner accountability starts at the top. So more like terrible ownership!!!

Absolute joke! Thank you for taking my money! Placed an order, order taker told me 35-45 minutes. One hour goes by and no food. I asked politely for a refund, they gave me a credit in store instead of giving me an actual refund! So again! Thanks for taking my money!

The drivers are always nice, but the managers are extremely rude and snappy for no reason. One of the drivers told me that both of the female managers are always like that. I don't even trust my food to be made here anymore and I will no longer be a customer after 3 years.
Night manager was very rude to employees. Yelling and screaming at them while waiting on drive thru.

Fast, Hot and Friendly. Marco's is Toledo. Consistent friendly servers and fast, hot and delicious pizza. The thin crust is especially crispy. Love the choice of pepperoni and old world pepperoni. Subs are also delicious. Standard Ohio pizza done well every time. Small eat in area, but mostly delivery or take out.
