I’ve always loved this McDonalds, the staff is super friendly. I want to particularly thank the gentleman who brought out my food for pickup last night on Thanksgiving. I asked if the lobby was open so I could run in for some ketchup and he offered to go in and grab it for me. It’s the little things, and I appreciate him going above and beyond his normal duties.

Buck rd crew seemed happy and the fries were hot. They deserve a raise because all the Mcds by my house everyone is a huge bummer and the food is four days old. Good job Dinner crew.

They need to listen to their customer when ordering. If I could rate a 0, I would. They forgot my fries, and when I asked to talk to a manger, he laughed in my face and walked away, and his name was Andy. I can't believe you guys let people like that work there. This is not the first time I have had an issue with him. I will be calling Corporate, too. I did talk to the other manager, and he said he would be talking to him. That is what what said the last time, too, and it seems like it didn't make a difference at all.

Drive thru late night (2am) staff was still super friendly wait time was fast and food was hot fresh and delish! Thanks for being open when I needed some food on a long drive! Best McDs I've been to in a long time!
