when a diner has a concern the assistant GM of the location shouldn't smirk and scoff. I will not be back to that location
The poor service never corresponds to what they advertise, and aside from the raw burger and the mistreatment of customers...
I ordered gluten free fries and kids cheeseburger with gluten free bun for my child with Celiac disease. The other items I ordered were not gluten free as they didn't need to be. I ordered all gluten free fries and extra fries with all meals. There were only 2 of the 5 boxes of fries with the purple pick in it. We noticed the burger bun also has sesame seeds and it usually doesn't. It was NOT a gluten free bun. There was a purple pick in the box. My child was very sad that the burger could not be eaten. Allergens should he taken seriously. I called the restaurant regarding it. Very poor customer service over the phone with no regret to messing up an order like that and potentially causing harm to my child. The cheeseburger was refunded. I will not be returning to your restaurant. Do not even bother offering gluten free items because your staff is not able to provide a gluten free meal. On another occasion I had a waitress argue with me that all the fries are gluten free even if there's no purple pick in the basket. Unless they are cooked in the dedicated gluten free fryer then they are cross contaminated! It's horrible that in today's prevalence of food allergies and people who have dietary restrictions, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN, that this is the best you can do.
First of all, at the Henderson, NV location they have a list of “today’s beers” and they have no beer except Modelo and they think they might have a bottle of Bud light somewhere but the server wasn’t sure where. Then when the food arrived, burgers were cold, missing toppings listed on the menu, and the fries were stale. We had to hunt down our server 20 minutes later for some sauce for my burger as it didn’t have it on there as it should, nobody came by to check any sooner. It was not at all busy, so I don’t know what was going on there to have such poor service. We did let a manager know about an hour into our visit, that none of the food was good, and that’s why our food was still in the baskets and she did mark $15 off our well over $100 bill. We will not be back to this location. It was just awful.
Well, the service wasn't very good. Our server didn't pay much attention to us. What good is refills on your drink, if no one actually refills it. But the problem I really had was that the food was barely even warm and the burger was terrible. Pretty sad.
Red Robin's prices for their burgers are insane! I went once and paid over $16 for a medocre burger at best, and never went back. Today I saw a Facebook ad for $10 for one of their burgers with fries, yet left out the part where that price was Tuesday only. I would not support this company. Chili's and Aplpebee's both have a burger deal with fries and drink for $10 every day of the week!
terrible servicio me tuvieron a mi familia y a mi por una hr esperando despues paso bastante tiempo para llevar las bebidas y por ultimo pedimos y paso gran tiempo para que fueran a decir que no tenias lo que pedimos cancelamis 4 ordenen y lo que llevaron a los demas no paso ni 10 min cuando nos llevaron el recibo para pagar no volveremos a ir ahi mucha descriminacion no lo recomiendo
Customer service is TERRIBLE. I’ve emailed and tried to contact customer service over an issue with my rewards several times over the last few weeks and gotten no reply besides the automated response saying someone would get back to me. Our restaurant used to be really good and our go to family night out. Then it started suffering in service greatly, food wasn’t quite as good. We recently went back and things seem to be improving but my reward didn’t work properly (was supposed to be free burger for 13 years or older, not kids meal) and the server brushed it off and wouldn’t change it. Emailed customer service 3 separate times and no response besides a case number from the automated system. Do Better Red Robin and maybe you’d have better reviews and more customers . We will NOT go back . Plenty of burger restaurants that actually take care of their customers and don’t have them sit at a table for 20 minutes before they have to go find a waiter to offer drinks and menus.
Dirty dishes, food was blah at best, food was wrong when brought to our table. Extremely over priced. We had a tearable experience and will never visit a Red Robin again.

Good food!
First time eating at Red Robin in almost 10 years. The appetizers were great and the hamburgers were yummy. The only complaint was that our food came out at room temp. Nothing was hot, everything was at eating temperature. Not sure if they planned it that way but the chili on my chili cheeseburger was even cold. Our waitress was friendly and made sure we got everything quickly.
