Bun for the chicken sandwich was hard as a rock, the burger was missing the tomato, and the sprite was flavorless. It took 15 minutes just to get a new soda. . Will not be returning.

Pulled up to kiosk and hit the red button to order, but nobody attended for at least 10 minutes. Went to the drive through instead, only to wait another 10 minutes. I asked for ample amounts of ketchup and they didn’t give any. Upon asking for some after they handed me my bag, I was only given 4. Now for the food - my meal was dry because of the lack of ketchup given. The tater tots seemed old. The sauce on the smashburger was flavorless. My lime coke was too acidic and overpowering. I was forced to eat tums for dessert after this crummy experience. The worst part? I was so excited to eat Sonic after Black Friday shopping, only for my experience to shadow the day. I don’t plan on returning to this location any time soon.

absolutely disgusting. ordered a shake and it was sour. the ice cream is expired or somthing and when i went to call it just went to voicemail. do not go here you will get food poisoning

So very slow waited at the drive thru for 5 mins with no answer. Drove away to see 3 employees standing outside talking next to a car. Might as well just closed the place down cause it's not the first time I've seen this.

Amazingly always busy but nobody ever actually here. I wait in line for about 10 mins to get a chicken sandwich, which never has mayo on it. The my seem to average 7-10 per car. Their ice machine is also often down. People are nice but no rush what so ever.
I'm seriously not trying to be funny or rude, but does a literal teenager run this place? I cannot imagine an adult does.
There are always MULTIPLE things wrong, and my wife and I come here 2/3 times a week. Staffing issues. Apple pay doesn't work. No shake straws (coming up on a year now, despite the release of an item that REQUIRES thicker straws), always ice machine issues, like it is never just a functioning restaurant, and it's been this way for a year.
Whoever runs this place seriously needs to learn to run a business, it's insane. They really just don't care.

When here Friday night. There was kids running in the restaurant area.. the workers was playing around.. I order food for my family. Everything was nasty and burn. I called the store back Saturday to get my money back .. they don't know if they can do it .. called Monday and they won't but they said they will remake the food.. no. I live over a hours away.. this is ridiculous! 42 down the drain
