We were in line at the drive thru and sat for 15 minutes without ordering or moving! We left the drive thru and went to a pull in spot. We sat there ten minutes and left. No one would answer the call button. We did not order. So sad because I would have liked to try Sonic

Wow. I used to visit this location years ago, and it was always fast and delicious. Unfortunately, I don't believe that's the case anymore seeing these reviews. I waited in line at the drive-thru for about 20 minutes even though there was only 1 vehicle ahead of me. My burger was luke warm, the cheese was still cold, and it had barely any toppings on it. It was bland at best. The fries were either overcooked or had been fried in old oil which gave them a burnt taste. What's sad is that I remember when cars used to line up all the way into Meijer's parking lot for the drive-thru, yet only two were there when I last visited. I don't know who would choose this place over all the other restaurants on route 20 in Perrysburg when the quality has gotten so low. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location. The nostalgia of visiting isn't worth the low effort they're putting forth. Look elsewhere.

This Sonic is THE BEST! They always treat me right and get my orders perfect! The girl taking my order, under the name AH or Sofie? I think? Was so kind! She gave me a free slush coupon since I couldn’t get the slush I originally wanted. I have never had a bad experience here and all the team members are so kind. I will continue to come back, thanks Rossford Sonic!! 🩷🩷🩷

Got two blasts, and they only put the candy on top. If I wanted a cup full of vanilla ice cream, I would have ordered that. Not happy.

Order was actually horrible. Ordered 3 items. Out of the 3 one was tolerable. Tater tots tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Ordered a peanut butter shake and it was quite literally just a vanilla shake with globs of peanut butter in the cup. Not mixed or blended at all. Couldn’t even drink it because it was just peanut butter getting stuck in the straw.

Sat in the parking bay for over 25 minutes after pressing the red button. No one talked to me. Ended up going through the drive through. Ordered a footling hot dog and was only given a regular hot dog despite being charged for the footling. Very dissatisfied with service. Food absolutely slaps though

I ordered the Sonic Smasher ordered a single, I know they charged me for the double that part I knew of. My sandwich was terrible no onions, pickles were old just a crap sandwich. Not to mention their soda machine was down offered my husband a slushie and then proceeded to up charge for it. Wasn't our fault. I will not go back.
