In from out of town and decided to get an old favorite! Very disappointing to never even get served after sitting and waiting for a while. The girl came out and apologized and said someone didn't show up and the only chance we had to get food was try the drive through but she explained they're out of a bunch of stuff and it was just her and 1 other person working and there was about 10 cars ahead of us. We decided not to wait... but maybe hire new managers and actually pay people a wage that they show up to work for.

Fantastic experience. The food was hot and quickly delivered. However, what made this stop so great was the awesome service and sincere kindness of Holly (our car hop). She was truly delightful and helped us every step of the way. She went above and beyond. Thank u Holly!

Asked for a hamburger make sure theres no cheese on it because of an allergy, their screen didnt display any of my order but ahen i got home theres clearly cheese on it. Check the receipt and despite me saying "hamburger with no cheese" they put "cheeseburger only cheese" guess no food tonight.

Worst place ever management saying at curse words the window. Telling me that I have to go back around and wait in line again because I was waiting for more than 35 minutes. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and if there was such a thing as negative stats that is what I would be giving.
Management and workers need to be re trained horrible service no communication skills

I have been here multiple times and can never get anyone to take my order. Pull up to the stall push button. Wait 10-20 mins with no response. Went yesterday same thing but work walked by multiple times to same car and made sure I heard them say they were the manager. Will not return as I am not wasting anymore time waiting to receive service. Hope other Sonics in Toledo are better.

Restrooms are absolutely disgusting, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor.
