I went through the drive thru and after placing my order say there for 10 min for the car in front of me to get there order. Then proceeded to pull up to the window and waited another 10-15 min for my order before anyone even came to the window to let me know it was gonna be even longer to until I got my food. I spent probably 30 plus min in the drive thru waiting for my order from the time I placed it until I got the good in my hand.

On Tuesday August 13th I went in to get a sandwich before going to work around 12:30pm. I was never greeted or even served. I stood there for about five minutes, before other customers entered and were greeted immediately upon entry into the restaurant. Those customers were waited on and served. After not being acknowledged I left and went to another restaurant. Service is horrible.

Made an order online about 2 hours before i was gonna pick it up. It was ready on time and everything. I ordered 2 tuna and 1 ham. Received 3 tuna... that was a huge disappointment to my nephew when we got home. And 1 of the subs had the wrong bread also. Like come on I gave yall like 2 hrs ahead of time to make it ugh cannot be that hard to double check stuff. I have ocd and triple check my orders before I place them to make sure they're correct cus I want my shii right
