This place is always busy when I stop in before work and Brandon although very busy is always super friendly!! He greets every customer with a smile. He is patient. He helps his coworkers. He is a great asset to this store and I hope he knows he is appreciated.

It was my first time visiting Tim Hortons when I realized I’d been missing out for a while. Coffee and donuts significantly better and cheaper than other staple coffee places, the service was also faster! The BEC sandwich could be improved upon but other than that everything was excellent. This location was also clean and convenient to Highway 75. Great spot to make a quick stop for breakfast.

As a regular customer and a proud Canadian, Tim Hortons has always been one of my go-to spots for coffee and snacks. I usually opt for the drive-thru because of its convenience, but today I had some extra time and decided to go inside the store to get a feel for the atmosphere and observe how the team operates.

My experience started off well—the staff member who took my order was very kind and professional. However, while I was waiting for my order, I overheard a loud argument coming from the back. It wasn't shouting, but the voices were raised enough that every word was clearly audible to customers. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. There was ongoing murmuring and complaining among some employees, which continued even as I stood nearby.

As someone who values professionalism in any workplace, especially in customer-facing roles, I found this quite disappointing. A well-run team is a reflection of good leadership and training, and today’s experience didn’t live up to the standard I’ve come to associate with Tim Hortons. To be clear, my intent isn’t to get anyone in trouble, but to highlight the importance of maintaining a professional environment—because you never know who’s listening or watching.

That said, I still appreciate the kind staff who did acknowledge the situation and apologized. I hope management takes this feedback as constructive and works to foster a more cohesive and professional team atmosphere. I would love to continue supporting this location, but today’s visit was not what I expected from the Tim Hortons brand.

Store hours are on the door and website to close at 5pm. I was there at 4:30 and they were closed. I passed by the one near my job when headed home because I knew I had time to easily make it in time. I wanted my hot chocolate still hot instead of driving home with it waiting on the way. I was really disappointed.

I ordered a blt with sausage because I hate bacon with a large vanilla iced coffee and a hash brown. I received my coffee and it’s not the best and I had to wait an extra 10 min for a bagel they got wrong anyways. They gave me a bacon blt and not a sausage one like I asked for so I couldn’t even eat it.
