I placed in order for a taco salad with two dressings and two sour creams as well as a Dave’s single one day they forgot the chili for my salad. The next day I went back to go get it replaced And asked for Pam, the manager to please replace the single burger as well so I can eat with my husband. She denied that request, however. before I walked out, I looked in the bag and the chili was missing from this second salad again. So if I would’ve left went home seen that the chili was gone I would’ve had of came back and replaced the whole order again all I asked for Pam to do was to replace my husband‘s burger so he can eat with me. She denied the request and now we’ve got a second problem she was able to replace the chili right away, but still denied the request for the single burger. This makes me so upset. I had to waste gas to come to the other side of town for this mess up and no burger was allowed.
Pam’s general/district manager should be made aware of this

I go here because I’m a student at Owens And it’s convenient and I’m not kidding for the past year anytime you go up there they tell you it’s the exact change or card only. If it’s exact change, then you have changed to give to people. Also, it’s been a year. What the is going on In which you haven’t rectified the change issue. Also apparently, even though breakfast ends at 10:30 to them that means at least 10:20 Because I rolled up at 10:20 and they told me that even though I could see the breakfast menu that I needed to disregard it because it’s lunch only now. So yeah, ignoring the fact that their menu is still up for the breakfast menu and that it was still within the timeframe by 10 minutes They decided they were done

Order the Meal of Misfortune, which comes with 10pc nuggets, fri and a specialty frosty. The Frosty was handed to me with out any toppings as pictured on the menu, when I questioned the frosty, I was told that I was wrong and it was made correctly. I included below what the menu shows, and what I was given. I’ve been to other Wendy’s around the area, not a single issue and made correctly. But this isn’t just about a frosty Being made wrong maybe this stores managment doesn’t care and cutting corners to save money, maybe they were miss trained, but it’s also about the way it was handled by the employee with a bad Attitude, as it asked the whole staff had a bad attitude.

Forgot the sauces for the 3 nuggets ordered. Only let you use 1 key tag instead of the 2 I have with 3 meals ordered. So next time will order separately. The girl said I could have had 10 orders on one bill and still only get one key tag frosty. This is wrong. No napkins, no spoons, had 3 chili and the one keypad. We were in the middle of moving and still haven't found silverware
