Ordered 2 large pizzas, fried mushrooms, and mozzarella sticks. All of it was horrible! The pizza was dry and tasted like nothing! This is not a true Cassanos! I love Cassanos! Their pizza was nothing like a real Cassanos pizza that I've gotten at other ones! I will never order food here again! If you want a real Cassanos pizza I wouldn't go to this one!

It’s very unprofessional to have a business that you have to take the phone off the hook cause you’re too busy. You either need to hire more people or learn how to manage your time that is so unprofessional and I wasn’t the only one that came in. There was about three people that came in after me complaining because you guys had phone off the hook, really tacky honestly

This place has definitely gone downhill tremendously. they always have an excuse as to why service stinks because they don’t have enough people yet. There’s 10 people back in the back cooking, which makes no sense. In addition to that. I tried to order a pizza to pick up and pay for it over the phone and she blatantly refused to accept my payment. What kind of nonsense is that that you can’t take a payment over the phone? Because they’ve done it before for me at least 2 to 3 times but now all of a sudden it’s a problem?

Deep fryer was down again and they forgot 3 of our 4 pizzas. The server brought out 1 pizza the another 15 minutes later then decided to tell us the forgot our other pizzas. We asked to put the race on the TV but their cable was shut off.

Fried pickles and calzone were fantastic!
Ordered a pizza half pepperoni half cheese a super sub and fried pickles. All were delicious! The pizza sauce is on the sweeter side which my family loves. It’s a must try
