This new store owner has got disgustingly gross incompetent employees. The food is awful, old and rubbery but the onion rings way overcooked. They charge for the food but half of the time short you on your order! FYI always check everything in your bag before you leave if you're brave enough to patron them

I have been to the store in Russells Point Ohio and no one is ever there to serve you if when you ask the question is anyone here? One time there was two guys standing in the back, one with a beard and he saw me but refused to come out and wait on me. I WILL not go through drive thru don't trust them to give them my debit card. You might as well close it down. This has all happen in the last couple weeks on a Friday and a Saturday. I call the number and says the phone is not working.

I went to get a couple shakes today 8/31/24 and they were closed! Not sure why the would be closed on Labor Day weekend especially with how busy it gets here during holiday weekends!

Until today I would have given this place a really great review. Been here many times and it's always been pretty good all around. Today around 4:15 on Friday August 2 2024 while in the drive through waiting for my food I witnessed 2 CHILDREN in the kitchen the older girl maybe 9? put her finger on the icecream machine and licked her finger and went back to touching EVERYTHING with out washing her hands. Didn't have her hair tied back and proceeded to touch her her many times while making what looked like a blizzard. There was a younger boy probably about 5 years old also touching everything in the kitchen no gloves who knows when the last time his hands were washed. Absolutely disgusting. I support parents doing what they need to do to bring money into the house but under no circumstances should your children be in a kitchen where you are serving the public. Not okay behavior.

If I could give this place a minus star, I would. We were in town visiting family and decided to have some ice cream on Sunday, June 23rd at 8:30pm. We walked in and waited at the counter for someone. We could hear 3 girls talking by the drive thru. We called out and got no response. Waitee a few minutes and called out again. At that point, one of the girls walked past us into the kitchen and came back out. Said nothing to us. We figured she went to get someone. Waited, no one spoke to us. I finally raised my voice to get someone's attention. The girl getting train turned around and told me to stop being rude. I asked for a manager. She told me she was the person standing next to her. I asked to speak to her. I heard her say, "I working the drive thur." I asked for the general manager. She told me she was the general manager. We ended up walking out of the business and didn’t purchase anything. If this is the kind of customer service and management you have, you need to fire all of them and start over. They should never work with the public. There is no way we will ever come back.

We had my husband's big truck and it was really hard to get it thru the small drive thru. Ice cream was good.

4 girls talked while they had no one in the lobby & we were the only car in the drive thru fora good 5 minutes & all we ordered was two chocolate dipped cones. Terrible & slow service everytime we go I’m done with the lakes DQ ?
