I went through the drive through. I only ordered a coffee with 2 creams, it was repeated properly. Pull foward- paid. Pull forward, repeated properly again at the pickup window. I receive it- i could tell it it didn't seem right- i took the lid off, No cream- i happened to have creamer with me and added my own. Upon taking a drink,i immediately realize there is sweetener in it [instead of the creamer that was ordered] I go back- park in handicapped- go in...i use a cane [the purpose i went through the drive through] carrying the coffee. WAITED MORE THAN 5 MINUTES AT THE COUNTER for someone to attend the counter service, when an employee finally came out. I explained the situation and politely explained they really need to be careful of this because there are people allergic to the sweeteners- and i happen to be one of them!. She-VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY and sarcastically retorts "Well accidents happen!" Yes i agree, BUT, as explained to her, this is the 2nd time it has happened to me and there is a noticeable difference when you put creamer in a cup (color changes) and if you just put sweetener in it (no color change happens). She decided to stick to her sarcastic UNPROFESSIONAL lack if personality and repeat, more sarcastically this time, "Accidents happen!". I further expressed my dislike for the new "lack of atmosphere" and how difficult it is to get assistance, first of all,walking in with a cane shows an inconvenience, and having to go inside to have a coffee with cream remade a greater inconvenience. This Blonde, younger, shift manager decided how smart she was and was going to prove she had the upper hand- because there were other customer present too (save face) and Hotly exclaims, "well that's what we have the kiosks out front for!". So, i informed her "You can't notify the staff, or a manager that they messed up your order on your kiosk out front. You need an employee to pay attention to the counter more closely. I went through the drive through so i didn't have to get out of my vehicle because walking is very painful and standing and waiting is horribly uncomfortable. Besides, i didn't know it was that difficult to make a coffee with cream." THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW OR WHY SHE IS, in any way, CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE AS MANAGEMENT MATERIAL- let alone, FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION!! She is horribly UNPROFESSIONAL and UNBECOMING OF MANAGEMENT and VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS. WHY DO YOU TOLERATE SUCH BEHAVIOR AND DISRESPECT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!? There definitely needs to be an adult on the night shift. Walked in to use the restroom and the bathroom door is blocked by a sign and the broom. I had to go track someone down to take the sign down. My husband placed and order for a coffee and a caramel macchiato. We waited way too long and when the kid came out he said “sorry they just told me about the coffee” and only brought one coffee. Not at all impressed with the service and glad we didn’t order food because we were in a hurry

Just used the new stellar ILO facilities on way by. Super location, lotsa smiles inside and out. People were using the huge sun awning area. Kids, adults of all ages. Easy in and out. Nice parking, very clean.

We had a great experience at this McDonald's! We had food to go and were able to get our drink cups and fill them ourselves. Our order was wrong, but the woman at the counter cheerfully fixed the mistake. The dining room has obviously been nicely remodeled in recent years.

Every time I've visited this Mcdonald the exspresso machine is broke. My order isn't correct. I'm starting to think the exspresso machine is like the ice cream machine never working
Revisit 50 years later. Still awesome to be able to come to McDonald in a boat to eat dockside

Lady was rude the sandwiches were thrown together it was a mess, the 20 piece nuggets were only 16. Manager for morning and lunch acta like his crew doesn't do anything wrong

This McDonald's has fast ast service, friendly staff and has a great atmosphere. Most of the time, the food is done correctly, but if it's not, they do fix the issue if you find it before driving all the way home. The fries aren't always fresh, so that's something that could be improved.
