The food was awesome and our server was outstanding however when I was leaving the restaurant with my two younger kids the restaurant manager and one of the servers where using f bomb and speaking of how stupid I was for parking in the incorrect spot when they had the smallest sign with tiny writing on a garbage can that said "reserved parking". When I confronted them they didn't even apologize even after I apologized for not seeing their sign. We were paying customers and were extremely disrespected. The manager even tried to fight my husband. Will not be returning and it's a shame because the food was awesome. We are all the way from Florida and this is the worst customer service I've experienced in 900 miles!

We were there on August 13 this was are first time and I was really Impressed with the service there how the waitress and the manager worked together. The manger was helping out the waitress from cleaning tables to getting drink orders to take some orders to but, the one thing that I over heard was him asking if they were all right and if they need anything and also I heard him give them good comments. Are food came out hot and the food was good. Keep up the great job. We will definitely be back again.

My experience was awful at this place! We walked in! Manager named Tony was very rude from the beginning of walking in to this environment til time we left. Didn’t want to seat anyone for 45 minutes with open tables! We asked if we could go to the bar for a drink while we waited! He said no we were unable to do so! A few more things happened! Bottom line he was rude.. disrespectful and used the “f” word several times! What establishment turns down money for people waiting for a table? Said my owner will back me and told us to not come back! Anyone who knows me knows I would never be rude to anyone in this business! He needs a new job! I feel bad for the owner who probably has no idea how he treats his patrons and turns down money for their establishment!!!!

Food was good. Service was good. But the added gratuity they add in then the 4% charge for using a debit card was ridiculous!!!! $55.00 fee. Don’t use a credit or debit card!!
We are so happy we gave Mimi’s another chance. We’ve been nothing but happy with everything we’ve had this summer.

We love going to Mimi’s. Our son is a very picky eater and he always wants to come for pulled pork and the bbq sauce. We have gotten great service each time and food has been amazing !!
