Went through the drive thru to order food and the person on the speaker got mouthy with us because they stopped serving breakfast a while ago. I am not from this area and had no idea. They said in a very snarky tone “we haven’t sold breakfast in 14 years”. I was not aware of this like I said I’m not from the area. I got to the window after getting my food ordered and the worker came to the window and said “sorry my manager gets a little mouthy at times”. I have never been to this Taco Bell before and will not be coming back. This was awful customer service. I don’t care who you are, you chose that job knowing you would have to talk to people. If you can’t do that then don’t take the job. Not sure who the owner is but sounds like to me I’m not the only one the manager mouths off to. I’m most likely not the only person never coming back either.

I cannot give this Taco Bell enough stars! The associates working are all so nice and helpful. We always get exactly what we order. The best Taco Bell in this county & surrounding ones. We go at least once a week! We love it! Tastes better than other stores too!

Was there a short time ago today. Staff didn’t interact with the customers. An older blonde lady who is working got an attitude when I asked about our drinks. We are not from here so I wasn’t aware that they made our drinks for dining in. The staff were arguing with each other and the same blonde lady kept yelling from behind the counter to someone she knew. The place was dirty and no tables were clean. Someone placed our order on the counter and never called the name for the order.

This is the first Taco Bell we have been to that has gotten our food to us not only correct but still warm as well!! Employees were amazing shout out to Amanda!! You killing it girl!

The service at this Taco Bell use to be horrible and my order was constantly wrong and or missing food. Now the service is excellent, my orders are correct and I don't have missing items. The food is made to order, so it will take a little longer to get your food, but I'd rather wait on fresh food than get my food right away because it's old or had been sitting. You are all doing an amazing job at Taco Bell, so keep the great work up!

This is the best Taco Bell my wife and I have ever been. The staff is outstanding and they make the food amazing. Totally recommend to anyone especially Veterans. You will be surprised and thankful you went.

I have rated numerous restaurants around the area and am pretty darn accurate in giving fair assessments. First off, food from a chain, even a franchise, normally tastes the same no matter where you go. This place is no different. The people they hire just don’t care. I have yet to get an order that is right. If you check and call them on it at the window, they give you the vibe that they are going to spit in your food… When you call to complain, they say they will credit you but when go to claim it, they have no clue what you’re talking about. That’s why I try to avoid this place, around the lake, at all costs. Tonight, my wife felt like Taco Bell. I forgot to tell her to check the bag before she left…. And true to form, they messed it up. Checked to receipt and we paid for food we didn’t get. I think I’ve finally had enough and will right this place off

I so love coming here we're from dayton and come up to the area very often. The store and crew never let us down food is always amazing and adding extra anything is noticeable thank you and thank you to that whole store
