Ordered on app, said it would be done at specific time. Cool. I get there, past the time the app said it'd be ready and it hasn't been started. Ended up getting it about 40 minutes after the app said it'd be ready. It's not easy keeping in house, app, and drive thru orders on time and they seemed understaffed.

Every time we go through the drive thru, they mess up our order. They leave out things we were suppose to get, give us things we didn't ask for, they have put meat on their veggie items and they're very sloppy about putting the food items together. They're literally faking apart in the bag. This hasn't happened just once or twice, it's every time we go there. I'm never ordering from there again.

I ordered on line a 4 person meal deal. They shorted us 4 of one product and we noticed when we got home. I called and they told us to come back and get them. When my girls got there the workers acted like we lied about 4 Loco tacos. So I'm really disappointed in the works for acting like they never make mistakes. I'm sure my daughter's got an attitude back at the tell end. Will not return.
