TL;DR: Good fair food truck experience overall. Chicken sandwich was solid but too heavy on the sauce. Could improve on sustainability practices.
At the Highland County Fair, we tried Angela’s food truck. The crispy chicken sandwich had way too much mayo (we ended up scraping some off), but the chicken itself was good. The Mushroom Swiss burger was just okay — not bad, but nothing memorable. The fried mushrooms were tasty, though messy (watch out for hot juices and shirt stains).
As far as fair food goes, Angela’s was a decent choice. My only real wish is that they’d consider more environmentally conscious practices — for example, cutting back on single-use plastics like the little sword picks.

I got their Buffalo chicken wrap and fried pickles last night at the clinton county fair. absolutely amazing food and great workers. reasonably priced and just good. Will be my go to this week during the fair.

We tried Angela’s for the first time on Saturday. We came right back today! (Wednesday) The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. We love the atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable. This is a new favorite place of ours. Highly recommended!
My kids and I ate off their food truck in Hillsborough the people were Rude and we all ended up with food poisoning that night I don't know where the health department was this weekend but they missed this one
