The delivery driver mixed up the order. Called the store the second time to cancel the order because it was sent to another residence. Driver shows up and try’s to hand me two severely warped pizza boxes, claiming the order was direct from the store and not just driven back from getting it from the other residence. Not a great experience!
I have ordered from this store on several occasions. There are often times issues with my order such as wrong pizza or overcooked/burnt pizza, however I continued to give my business since I live in Macedonia and I want to support my community. Today marked my last day as a patron though. On Jume 5, they completely messed up my order. I called to speak with a manager and was told they would replace my order next time.
