The food was delicious but the service was terrible. Took about 20+ minutes to get our drinks. We asked for more bread and was told we would get it once it was done, never received that.

Food was good. Service, not so much. There were two waiters - on a busy night. And the restaurant knew it going to be busy - local act playing during dinner. Maybe someone called off? Regardless, the host - who we heard was the owner's son and the general manager just wouldn't help his wait staff. There was a young blond server - Shawn I believe - who was working his tail off. The GM/owner's son was above doing anything to help - and treated staff and us rudely. I ended up refilling water glasses several times, bussed the table and had to flag down the GM/owner's son multiple times for things. His rudeness towards the obviously hustling and way too busy servers will keep me from returning.

It was our first time eating here and we really enjoyed our meal. The fresh pasta and homemade focaccia bread were very good. I had the pasta Carbonara and my husband had the bolognese. Both were delicious! I ordered a slice of their Tiramisu to go. My daughter and I shared it and both agreed it was probably the best tiramisu we have ever had. Our server Jamie was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This was our second time coming ( my husband and I) we brought our family with us, drove 30mins to eat her because we had good service on a Thursday afternoon. When we got here on Sunday. There was 5 tables dirty still, one server, and my family were the only ones in there for a while. One kid got cooled burnt chicken, and my husband pasta was smaller portion on a bigger plate. The kids food had more on it than his ($20 plate). We got 12 pieces of bread that were cooled, super hard, it was leftovers from the night before ( server was kind enough to tell us that). We were really sadness by our experience the second time. I hope they can get more servers soon! ?? I thought it wasn’t fair too we had his tip put on our bill already due to having 7 people (4 of them where children) his service wasn’t at all worth 20%.

This was amazing, we ate here with a family of 5. I split a salad that was so crisp and delicious with every morsel with the perfect amount of dressing. The pizzas were cooked with excellence and the buttered noodles and Alfredo sauce were extremely flavorful and delicious. The waitress was excellent and provided some of the best service ever. I will eat here again.Kid-friendliness: I was very pleased while eating here with 3 kids ages 8-13

My wife and I stopped in at around 6:30pm on Friday. There were several open tables, but the hostess (who then became our waitress, named Leslie) acted extremely reluctant to offer us a table. Quite possibly because I was envoking my legal right to carry a firearm since their establishment does not have signage posted in a conspicuous location on the outtermost entrance of the building while wearing shorts with boots, and my wife has dyed hair with piercings and tattoos. She cited a party of 15 that would be coming in, and that they were "very busy, when in reality they really weren't. She never actually introduced herself. We got her name from our check. When we ordered, we each asked for a water with lemon and immediately ordered since we had plenty of time to review the menu whilst waiting. My wife got the salmon with a side salad, and I got the veal parm with a side salad. It literally took her 30 minutes just to bring our waters out. She offered no bread and butter while we waited, but another server randomly came up and offered us some. Our meals finally came, along with our side salads (rather than prior to the meal, which is typically customary) My wife said the Salmon was OK. Not good. Not bad. Just OK. My veal parm was downright BAD. It was more chewy than beef jerky, but at least beef jerky has FLAVOR, and my pasta was overcooked. Our "side salads" (at $8 a piece, mind you) were nothing but a small bowl of shredded lettuce that barely tasted as if it had any dressing at all. The waitress never once returned to check on us or provide refills. At one point the manager approached us as we went to leave and asked how everything was. We told him of our poor experience, and he informed us they had lost a server AND a cook the day prior and that "things were tough." He also made it same as though he was already aware of the VERY poor cuts of veal, because he stated "we're trying to get that changed quickly." However, he genuinely didn't seem to actually care. My wife and I enjoy restaurants at least 3 to 4 times a week during our weekend travels in Ohio and every state that borders it. We like to support local by going to the one-off, non-chain restaurants. But we have to say! This was by far the WORST dining experience we have ever had. Such a shame.

This is the worst experience we have had. We ordered our food and drinks 30 MINUTES AGO. People coming in AFTER us are getting their drinks. Waitress says, they're busy. Yet, they aren't at all.

Stopped in for dinner tonight and had a truly lovely experience! Jo, (hostess/server extraordinaire) made us feel right at home. My husband loved the 4 cheese paperadelle (and he is not usually a fan of cream sauces so this is a huge compliment:). I ordered the Alfredo with linguini and shrimp…..fresh pasta made all the difference, shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was awesome! Was that roasted garlic I tasted in there? We don’t need the chef’s secret, but it was the best Alfredo I’ve had in a long time! Eggplant appetizer was piled high, yummy, and we definitely had to get boxes and our tiramisu to-go. Thanks for the hospitality, we’ll be back!
