Food is not good at all. Ordered the wing combo which claimed jumbo wings and we received regular wings. I asked for sauce on the side and ranch. Both was not included. Don't waste your money. Chicken is bland with no seasoning. The Alfredo fries were not good either. Over priced for the quality

Where do I begin. This place is abhorrent. I haven’t even tasted their food yet; I might never. I’ve been waiting since yesterday for my food to come out. I don’t even know if they have fired up their grills. It smells like a waffle but I know damn well that they aren’t cooking back there. The fountain drink machine doesn’t work. The stools don’t have legs. The bathroom floor is like a rat trap. I’ve had a better experience watching paint dry. I wouldn’t be surprised if I get served a microwaveable mac n cheese cup with a dino-nugget in it. The service is worse than when my 94 year old grandma cooked Thanksgiving dinner by herself.

Never been in person so maybe that experience varies. But I consistently order their different types of loaded fries on DoorDash and every single time it’s delicious. Consistently. One of my favorite underdog restaurants in the city now, I’m addicted to their food. Hopefully they improve in-person service because their low overall score isn’t very indicative of how good their food is (which is to say, very good)

I ordered the lunch special with wings and fries.. Picked up the order and fries were not there. I called as soon as I realized it and the phone kept ringing. Tried two more times and no answer. I ordered online through their online ordering service and they have a number to call with feedback and the number is no longer valid. I have heard nothing but good things about this place and wanted to try them out. But after this experience, I will not be going back. Had they answered and made it right, this negative review would have never been made.

I ordered 20 wings which came up to $35 not to mention the wings was very very smaller than I expected so they are EXTREMELY overpriced, I also ordered the blacken chicken Alfredo pasta which also tasted soooooo bland THE WORST $60 bucks I ever spent.

First time experience was horrible phone doesn’t work, service was not so good guy couldn’t multi task or focus for nothing, and food was not good especially for price. There loaded fries are hefty at least just hope you don’t get overdone fries. I hope they step it up next time

This food was so good I cannot recommend this to someone more. I got the blackened chicken Alfredo and it is delicious. The flavor is amazing. The lady working the register was very friendly and had great customer service. She made great recommendations and we loved everything we got to eat!
