Service is good however they often forget cheese for the 3 ways on takeout orders it’s happened at least 3 times for me in the past month

I ordered in the drive thru line 40 bucks worth of food. One item was a deluxe burrito with chili sauce instead of bean sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion only. Ib get home and there is sore cream all over it. I take the untouched meal back to the drive thru, told the cashier what i wanted and returned what i received. Her name was Jamie and she assured me that it was corrected. Something told me to check my order so I pulled in a parking spot to find a burrito with cheese only. I go inside and yell another cashier my problem and she said chris was hey manager and he came over and told me they told him I wanted it plain. He threw that one away and made the new one. I get home and the burrito had bean mix in the middle and chili sauce on the outside. Are you really kidding me? Terrible service.

We don't have Skyline in the Cleveland area like they do in Cinci. Really like this particular location. The server is great and I love the food.

Service is fine here, my problem is with the food. It’s very inconsistent. The hot dogs are frequently burned/old so I will not order cheese coneys from here. The ways are skimped on cheese and spaghetti. Chilitos are okay.

Dirtiest Skyline I've ever been in. Floor and benches not cleaned in a long time. Slow service, only one server for whole restaurant. When we got our food it was room temperature, not hot.

I order from this skyline a lot and not only are my orders always right and yummy, the staff is also super sweet! When I opened my food this evening someone had included a bit of candy with my cheese and it almost made me cry, it was so sweet and kind and made my whole night so much better! So thank you skyline! 100/10 💕
