I ordered my food via mobile app at 1120 am. I scheduled for pickup at 1150 am. When I arrived at 1155 am, my food wasn’t even started. I waited a full 25 minutes at the restaurant until my order was finally finished. The entire time I sat there and waited not one person approached me and said sorry or apologized for any mixup at all. At least a hint of good customer service would have been appreciated but that was out of the question it seems. I would avoid going to this location in the future

This location has issues with employees. Some have no communication skills or customer service skills. The new items, and seasonal items are always out. I have had a couple different issues where the dinning room was locked hours before it was supposed to be locked and I called the complaint number and they said they will give me a credit for a free meal because of those issues on 2 different days but I had to download the app, which I did but when I did so I never received my credit. NEVER.

Bad not go there it’s so bad I want to give them a 0 not a 1 😭 so first I walked in. I hear an older lady screaming at some little kids then she was spitting all over their faces so I ignored it and I went to go order my food long line, but they were fully staffed. They were complaining about their own jobs plus flies flying on me and the food. I order my food still, it was cold. The nuggets was old and the hamburger meat tasted like dirt do not go there disgusting do not recommend.

The last 3/4 times we have visited this place the order has been wrong in some capacity. Whether missing specific condiments on sandwiches, missing them entirely, a completely different sandwich. It's frustrating because its so close and convenient.
Photo included is a cup that stayed in the pickup cubby for 3 weeks before it was removed with the rest of the decorations.

This is absolutely by far the worst Wendy’s in the United States of a America. Between the extremely long wait times, horrid food quality where you get rock hard food, and general chaos here where it seems like every day is the first day they opened it’s tough to give this place any higher of a review. I feel bad for the workers here. Someone needs to step up.

Alright coworker call her popcorn made sexualcomment at the register and then messed with her shoe and then made my frosty. She complained about taking my order. I tried to resolve this via survey nobody contacted me back. I got sick from my food.

I went to pick up 10 Frosty's and 10 fries (I apologized in advance 😂) for the guys at work and the cashier was SO nice. Fries were hot and fresh and all the Frosty's were the right flavors!!

I waited 15 minutes to get my food. When I got it, the chicken nuggets were cold, and the grilled chicken wrap was poorly wrapped. The ends were open and probably about half the food inside fell out. Oh, and the wrap was STALE! Definitely not ordering from here again and not worth the 11:41 I paid.

Very slow service have no urgency and filling orders I take your order even if you're the only person in line instead of waiting at the window for your order they'll push you up past the door remember one time I went I was the only person there in line no one inside ordering order number one Dave's double took him 19 minutes to make it
