Every visit here, something in our food is wrong. Every visit. Smh... Most the time they have no issues with making it right, however, when you have to drive back to get the right food, EVERYTIME, GAS on top of food PRICES...we'll you put 2 and 2 together...

Went to Arby's tonight with granddaughter, she's 9 months old. Ordered food and was starving, as soon as my food was ready she started really getting fussy. They were really slow, probably due to the bad weather so the manager on duty came out to the dining room and was occupying her attention so that I could quickly eat. What a stellar young man. Give that child a raise. Didn't think to look at his name tag but he said that he has a daughter that will be ten month's old very soon.

Stopped by at 3pm and the shake machine was broken!! You guys need to clean it at times when people don’t buy as many shakes, went to Steak n Shake instead

Put order in for takeout. The gyro was ok, lite on toppings; the reuben was awful. No dressing sauerkraut lumped in one spot. It was just slopped together. The curly fries were ice cold.

Guy cooking had very shaggy long hair all around his face. Backward facing ball cap far back on head. Handled frozen food with his bare hands taking out of freezer and putting into fryer. Counter service very nice.
