My wife and I were returning from a wedding weekend and I like the breakfast and lunch options at Bob Evans. Usually I get breakfast. This time, I ordered pancakes with chocolate chips cooked crispy and they came out fine. My wife got a chicken BLT and liked it. We ordered crispy hash browns instead of French Fries. I had the peach iced tea which was just OK- not that much peachy flavor. Service was very good.

Really bad service - We waited for an hour for our food and it never came! Multiple tables seated after us got theirs and were almost done eating and still nothing.
The server forgot to put our order in and offered us a biscuit while we wait for who knows how much longer.
When my husband tried to talk to the manager, he didn’t give us any update and rudely walked away. So we left and went to Denny’s instead where we got our food instantly. Bob Evans robbed us an hour of our day. We will never return.

We drove all the way from Wichita, ks. We were exhausted. However, we were so happy when we saw the Bob Evans name. We don't have one...so we thought we'd stop in for a treat. Our server was madi. We were seated at 12:00 and no one took our drink order till 12:23. We were incredibly thirsty. The server was preoccupied with other tables and didn't even have time to make a good impression on us. Highly disappointed. We could have gone somewhere local...maybe we should have. But we were hopeful the Bob Evans name would be good. Atleast our server could have told us I'll be with you shortly, etc. I was hoping this would be the pickup we needed, but it disappointed. I would not recommend if you're from out of town and you have places to be. Food was alright. But no better than anywhere else you could go. And we certainly will be going elsewhere next time.
To our server, please do better about reassuring your customers that you see them. That goes a long way. Also. Work on smiling more.

Unfortunately this was the only Bob Evans where I ever got a bad breakfast. My over easy eggs were hard and cold and my red skin potatoes were burnt dark brown and tasted like nothing but old nasty grease. The only time in my life that I got a breakfast from Bob Evans that was nasty 🤢.
Perfectly serviceable. Nothing to write home about. The food i got tasted like how you would expect the things to taste.

I went in on Easter expecting this place to be busy. I called ahead of time in my order. I ordered the sunrise burger with a side salad. I also ordered country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy with green beans and a salad. But incide of the sunrise burger I got eggs,hash brown and sausage with a salad. The waitress can't take an order if her life depends on it. All she was worried about was a tip lol why should I tip before I see my meal to even decide if she deserves a tip or not. The manager was rude beyond rude when I told him his waitress he was flirting with messed up. Made every excuse for her but refused to say sorry or nothing.
